My Landline no is been faulty since 20-25 days. Several times i have lodged the complain through 198 and 25892198. i am sorry to let you know that till date my line is not working. I am afraid if landline does not work wihtin a day or two i will have to search for some other customer..

In my premises (B.M.C. Market, Baptista Road, Vile Parle (W), THere is no network so many complaint is given but there is no solution.

I have been having frustrating experience with MTNL customer care. I have booked my complaint atleast 4-5 times now regarding my internet connection.
My complaint gets booked and I am provided with a complaint number. Typically when you call back and try to complaint for the second time you are told that your complaint is already been booked. However, I was able to lodge complaints again and again which means that my complaint is being closed without actually fixing the problem.
My internet connection has not been working for two weeks now. It is very inconsistent. There are frequent disconnections. A internet page loads occasionally but most of the times due to intermittent disconnection of internet connection, I am not able to do any work on the internet without disruption for over 5 minutes.
Need a duplicate bill. Difficult to get one.
With reference to the subject we have to bring to your kind notice that the subject internet gets disconnected in the middle when we are doing urgent mails or checking the mails.
The connection get disconnected every half an hour interval when we want to work on internet. This is continuously done from last 15 to 20 days though we made several complain to your department
But they have overlook at the complaints and no response has been given towards the same nor does your representative wireman is ready to attend the complain given by your operators to him.

I have MTNL land connection for last more than 15 years bearing xx. I have converted it to only incoming since last 2 years but my phone line is dead for almost more than 20 months [you can check the incoming record], In between it got repaired for only few days and again becamedead. Our local wire men some time repair the line and always say that your line is okay up to your door and he is reluctant to check in house line. Now I got fed up and hence want to close the line forever, please suggest the procedure to disconnect the line and demand for deposit.
At present i am having a telephone with broad band connection.As my broad band connection is not working i have contacted your office at marol opp. fire brigade several times. One mr. Kumar from your office came and configured the modem and said that as there is no direct line the internet will not be through… afterwards one lineman came and did something and went off.

Therefore it is requested that the matter may be taken up immediately at your personal level for rectifying the defects and making the internet and land line through at the earlieast.

If you are using Broad Band from MTNL MUMBAI and if you are using MTNL WEB MAIL ID you should not reveal your phone number and CA number which is in your bill. With these 2 numbers your neighbour can change your password and enter your web mail page.
He can also change password for internet connection.
I have made several calls, but their response is very bad. It is better to shift to private companies. My internet speed is too low and what promised has never never been delivered. Very unhappy with the trumpcard services.
I am unable to get the 3G connection to my phone (Phone No.xx) for almost 7 days. As per instructions of MTNL Call Centre I have sent SMS to 444 “ACT 3G” even though acknowledgement received being received, but no response received from 444 thereafter. I even visited Customer Care Fountain. They have instructed that their SIM is 3G ready.
I had opted for Dolphin Services on my above tel no. on 23rd,Jul 2007. Because of poor MTNL connectivity at my place of work, which caused me immense loss, I have opted under MNP for another service provider going through the procedure for MNP. I received my last bill from MTNL, Invoice No:100117752448 for Rs.680/- which too has been paid by me by Chq No:xx drawn on United Bank of India, dt: 9-07-2011. As of date there are no arrears absolutely to be paid by me. Your Bill reflects a refundable deposit of Rs. 6250/- which is due to me. I request you to kindly look into the matter and settle the amount due to me as urgently as possible. Hoping you will do the needful at your earliest and oblige.
My Dolphin Tel Bills which I used to pay regularly through net banking are now not reflecting on your website. It continuously shows an error. The Bill also comes to me very late just a day or two before due date.

I applied for PORT from vodafone to MTNL in the month of Dec.2011 till now MTNL have not responded for my PORT but they have collected Rs.276/- for sim charges but I do not understand why so much of delay in service, If you serve the customer like this in very near future MTNL can shut down shutters. Nobody is interested in serving and they are least bothered of the competition in the market.

My name is Deepak Kumar and i am residing in Santnagar Burari Delhi-110084. Unfortunately i am the subscriber of TRI BAND(MTNL) connection. My phone was dead from 15 Novmber 2011 to 13 January 2012 and i was continuously paying bills for my dead phone.
Regarding this i am continously visiting to Burari MTNL office but every time i was returned back telling that your phone will be active in 2-3 days
but 2-3 days becomes months.Now my phone is again in working condition from 14th January 2012. My area SDO assured me that you will get rebate for 2
months and he asked for application regarding this. I have submitted application for that but still i did’t got any rebate for this.
Kindly do the needful or if you are also not able to do anything then please provide me the number or Email ID of your higher officers toescalate this matter.

After generating the monthly bill please send us SMS mentioning bill amount and due date, so that we will pay the bill in time.as we are getting the bill very late.

It seems that there are no cabels in the entire area & the proposal from Rabale Unit is pending with higher authorities. Kindly take the matter with higher authorities & provide their contact details so that i could approach them directly. In case if decision had already been taken to install cables in the area, please share cabel installation shedule or deadline with us.

Congratulation for enhancing BB speed w.e.f. 26Jan 2012. Please pay attention to the customers(I am one of them) whether they get atleast 80% of the speed subscribed that is mandatory as per TRAI. Further your helpline 1504 as well as helpdesk@mtnl is useless and never gets reply. I have all documentary proof to show the BB speed and contineous disconnection of BB.Please let me know what is a way out. Thanks.
My land line no. is xx. I have broad band also on the same line. I had complained about the faulty line from my cell to 1500. The line started working in the afternoon. Now after 6.00 P. M. my internet is working but land line is dead. Kindly depute somebody to check up the same. Thanking you.
I need details of calls from my number xx.I get rembuirsement for the calls made. If you can provide me the details for last 3 months, I can call regularly from my number xx. I have already called the call centre and approached CSC. but got very rude answers.
I purchased the new plan “Pay 25/&get talk time for 95/- on 8th Feb & paid an additional 55/- for roaming service . On travelling to Bangalore my hand set seems to be blocked as it does not recharge also – WHY ??

Due to ill health my husband passed away and currently I am not in a position to pay the Telephone bills. Hence I would like to disconnect the phone with immediate effect. For your information when my husband was alive and during his service the MTNL bill was in favour of the Co. Now as there is no regular income I am unable to pay the bill, hence I request u to kindly disconnect the Landline with immediate effect. I am using internet of MTNL broadband services. Several times my net got disconnected and I called the service center to fix. An engineer came and joint some wire and said its resolved. Now both net and landline has stopped working last 4 days. Despite several calls, no one cares to attend to customers’ concerns. I am now really tired of your shoddy service.
I have raised compliant in selfcare regarding DLS signal problem dock no- 4738.
The compliant docs no 4738 has got closed without any intimation or without any visit at my communication address. And now we have received following message in my registered mobile no.

I booked MTNL Broadband on 4th Feb 2012. Till now the broadband is not installed. I visited the MTNL Mira Road office more than 10 times but no positive answer received so far. Even contacted the Mira Road Branch manager but not getting positive reply. The only answer I am getting is the line is not free. But there no confirmation on when i am going to get the line. Not sure what is the next step.

Both the MTNL landline numbers 24158554 and 24153595 in our office have stopped working since Friday the 5th October 2012.
even after a week, nobody is bothered to respond, nor rectify the problem. How long should we wait ?
The broadband service provided by mtnl is not consumer friendly. They have a selfcare web portal for obtaining broadband service, but any issues with it are later handled by their landline department. Their junior staff is not provided with proper equipment and tools to ensure uninterrupted 24 hours of broadband service as promised by them.
In my service area the junior staff is laid back and are told to check if the adsl lights are flashing on modem. They will verbally commit to re-visit and identify the broadband service issue, but then they actually close the reported issue in their system. Then some nameless officer will call to discuss the problem – You ask their names, they are trained to say “kuch pata nahi”. For more details, they ask for intimation to be given to their office on telephone no.s 26332200 & xxx45010 – two new unlisted numbers!!!

Broadband not working since 3 weeks, complained at least 7 to 8 times but always i get the SMS as complaint attended.& the internet is still not working.It is very Bad service on the part of MTNL. No one has ever come to check .
I need to complain against the MTNL service as its very pathetic. Since last 2 months we are receiving the MTNL Phone bill just 1 or 2 days before the Due Date. Today I called the customer care (1500) and spoke with some female OPERATOR. She did not take my complain.. in fact asked to call 28018000. I tried the number but was unable to do so. This time there was some male operator who gave me another number… to call 27642408. I tried calling this number also but no one responded.
We are also using MTNL Broadband connection. The connection is equal to not having the service. First of all in a day half time it does not get connected. When we try to call the customer care 1504, never able to speak to them as the call does not get connected. So what’s the use of having customer care when they are not available for customers.
Landline has been dead since 22/04/2013. Lodged online complaint via Docket #570 on 22/04/2013. Then again lodged complaint via Customer Care Docket# G8393669. Called Divisional Engineer many times – was told to follow up with local exchange Engineer. HAve been following up daily. Line still out of order.

I have just now recd my Bill dated 10.7.15 for the period 1.6.15 to 30.6.15.
In the said Bill, 31 Local Calls have been shown and 6 calls have been charged after allowing 25 free Calls.
I would like to inform you that for the month of February 2015 also I had recd Bill for excessive calls (140 calls against hardly 15 calls made by me) which was even more than this and I had lodged a written Complaint with Div. Engineer Meter reading Section,Sunder nagar Telephone exchange, Malad west, but till date I did not receive any reply from them. After that Bill, we have started keeping our Phone locked with locking Code and we must have hardly made 5-6 Calls during the above billing period. the locking Code is exclusively with me alone and not even with my other family members.
I fail to understand as to how can excessive billing take place again & again.
Kindly acknowledge the receipt of my above Complaint and let me know as to why this is happening and correct the mistake.

We are having 28929349 MTNL number, this number is not working or dead from your side always, and when I am going to do complaints from all your recorded numbers i.e. 2198….they are saying this number is not from our exchange, ALL OTHER YOUR CUSTOMER CARE NUMBERS i.e.1500 or 22221500 or 1800 22 1500 ARE LITERALLY USELESS. NO RESPONSE ALWAYS.
Since more than 6 months we are facing the connectivity problem (DEAD LINE OR CONTINUOUS DISTURBANCE) and very very BAD SERVICE FROM YOUR CUSTOMER CARE with this device and made numerous complains with Borivali and dahisar Exchange.
Sir, this is our very old number, you can understand the level of problem arises.
