Today I went to Macdonald’s in the Instanbul Airport today 31st of January 2017 for an orange juice. The girl that attended me gave me donuts together with the juice and I said I didn’t ask for it. She said was free and I still said I didn’t want it. She took it back.I paid with the card and I have noticed only now at home (as I have to submit all my receipts)that she charged me the donut.I want to complain with the customare care and send you the receipt so you can also see the name ot the person who took advantage of the situation. I also want to received the refund for that donut paid, not requested and not consumed. Kindly send me the customare case email address and the name of the manager.
