While doing an online transaction I entered my secure code wrongly and finally my secure code got locked,I am unable to do any online transaction,kindly help me out how to unblock it.
It seems i have forgotten my 3d securecode of my debit card which was issued by corporation bank.After multiple verbal conversation with the bank manager as well as the debit card division of the bank,the problem has not been solved.Infact the website of the said bank does not have any option to change the said code for debit card holders.Please either suggest me ,the bank manager or their debit card division to resolve the situation at the earliest.
I made a transaction in india using my mastercard issued in uae. But the merchant is complaining that the amount has not been credited to his account and when he approach the bank he got informed that it will take 135 days for the amount to be disbursed. Can you please help me in this regards as my card has already been charged and it is showing in my statement.
