Refer to this 2 tickets X629X8 and X6822P which I did book last night, the first booking at the end gave me a message ” uncompleted booking due to multi pages ie.. mile and more pls. close and try to book agian ” (I can’t remember exactly). Then I rebooked using the different credit card to pay then say the same error. so I think I will try another time. This morning I saw this 2 tickets came. What should I do? I don’t need 2 tickets for the same person and the same time ?

The crew of Lufthansa have been on strike from Monday. My question is, I have a flight LH 773 from Ho Chi Nimh City Vietnam to Bangkok Thailand on Friday 31, August 2012. Please confirm if my flight is cancelled or not.

    Dear Sir, Madame,

My name is Kim Vervliet, I’m Belgian but stayed in Vietnam for a while.
I’m returning to Belgium end of August and will bring my dog, Mona, with me, she is a Chihuahua mix Toy Fox Terrier.
Born 28/06/2010, had all her vaccinations including Rabies, is micro-chipped and we are taking care of her blood test at the moment… all the necessary papers will be ready.
She’s a very calm dog, never barks and did already a few 12 hour bus trips and 8 hour train trips with me, when she has some treats and toys she’s perfectly happy.

My question to you is “is she allowed in the cabin and can she stay with me during the whole flight and while in Transit?”
    What are the requirements?

I will give you some more details:
    — I would fly from Ho Chi Minh City (SGN) to Brussels (BRU) so the plane will probably make a transit stop somewhere.
    — Mona weighs 2,5kg, measures 30 cm in length (measured from behind the head to the tail) and 24 cm in height (from the floor up to her spine).
If I converted it correct it should be 5,5 lb, 11,8 inch in length and 9,4 inch in height.

I have a cage for her from hard, almost transparent plastic with a lot of ventilation, metal door, lock,…
A friend brought a cat in this cage to Vietnam on the plane so I’m quite sure it is conform with the requirements, I just don’t know what company he was flying with.
Is it so that the cage should be able to go under the seat, if yes, I’m wondering how much space there is under a seat, especially in height?
    — The measurements of the cage are: 50 cm in length, 40 cm in height and 35 cm in width.
Should be 19,6 inch in length, 15,7 inch in height and 13,7 inch in width.

I can always buy a slightly smaller cage for her if this one doesn’t fit but would like to know what’s possible.

Can you also tell me how much I’ll have to pay for her so I bring enough money.

If she has to go in the hold, how much will that cost, is the previous mentioned cage good when it comes to measurements and can I put a thick blanket in the cage because she’s used to Vietnamese temperatures and even cold in the evening when it’s still around 22 degrees Celsius.

Best regards and thanks a lot!!!
    Kim Vervliet.
