    Dear Sir/ Madam
I am travelling from Mauritius to Belgium via Franckfurt by lufthansa on Friday 4 March 2016. However due to unforeseen family problems and health issues i will have to reschedule my flight for another week. My ticket was booked bu a travel agent in Belgium but is unreacheable. I have tried to contact Lufthansa in Mauritius but there is no offices available here. I have also contacted Air mauritius but was directed to the lufthansa office in S.A. It would be much appreciated if you could kindly advise how to proceed and how much it would cost. Awaiting for your prompt and urgent reply.
    Thanking you

I would like to book an Economy Flex multi-citi ticket online. There will not be a change in the sequence of the flights but a possible change in the dates. I cannot see an option for the Economy Flex ticket on your website. Could you let me know how to go about booking this kind of ticket online.

    Thank you.

We have booked tickets on flight LH573 departing on 4 December from OR Tambo to Frankfurt. When can we do the online check-in and reservations of our seats? Our return flight is LH572, departing on 17 Decenber from Frankfurt. When can we do the online check-in and seat reservations for the return flight – i.e. how long before the flights?

    Thank You

I am travelling with my dog to Frankfurt next year and would like to enquire if I can book for my dog myself (I would like my dog on the same flight as myself), or whether I must go through a pet travel agency. I would also like to know whether I must go through the government vet for his innoculations etc. or can I go through my own local vet. I would also like to know which forms etc. I need for my dog.

How are you doing there. I want to confirm whether my luggage from Istanbul has arrived here in Johannesburg. Waiting to hear from you.

I am enquiring to know if I can buy a return ticket for my cousin from france who I invited here in South Africa.
My concern is whether I can pay for the ticket by cash and he can collect the ticket in Paris, France.

    Dear sir/madam
The South Cape Children’s Choir is travelling to Germany on 30 Sept.
We have quite a few instruments that we have to take along. What is the best way to pack them for transport? We thought of packing it in plastic crates or could we use a wooden box/crate. The measurements would then be 1,2mx750x650 and 1mx400x500. This is really a problem and we would appreciate your advise on this matter. We have to transport timpani’s, symbals and jembe drums amongst others.
    Thank you

    Dear Sir/Madam,
I recently flew to Moscow via Frankfurt and returned via Munich, all legs were booked on Lufthansa.
I was looking forward to the Frankfurt leg as it was on the A380, flight no LH573
Being 1.8m tall,i always request a seat at the aisle or at the emergency exit. I was allocated seat 73c and was shocked at the minimal leg room available. When the passenger in front of me reclined his seat, it was impossible to watch the in flight entertainment.
It was the most uncomfortable flight that I have ever undertaken and in general was dissappointed.
I was dreading the return flight, but it was on a SAA A330, flight no SA265, which was a pleasure compared to the A380.
Unfortunately I have another trip booked for the same leg and due to my experience, I am trying to change the flights at whatever cost.
Please advise if the seating arrangement on that particular flight is standard.
    Awaiting your prompt reply.

    Thanking you

    Rodney Meier
