    I would like to draw your kind attention to the fact that an Inverter Split Air Conditioner-01Ton with Model No. JSNQ126EAUX-AMISUA-1 was purchased on 01.02.2017. However, the subject Air Conditioner has not been functioning for last three days on account of technical snag and same was informed to your authorized service center at Kottayam, Kerala State, to rectify the issue. When it was found that panel board of outside unit has been short circuited due to the availability of ant nest inside the panel by your technician and suggested that the panel board needs to be replaced. Whatsoever, subject A/C is now under warranty period, hence, no charge is required to be paid. But on the contrary, service charge will be imposed to the customer if it is out of warranty. Though, the issue does not end here.
    Further, I wish to register serious concerns regarding the panel board that such common incident will be taken place in future if the unit of A/C is placed outside. Anyhow, subject unit cannot be monitored regularly whether the presence of insects inside the unit and no action can be made to ward off such insects from entering into the panel board. And such event may be occurred several times in a year that cannot be curtailed. Due to which an exorbitant amount will have to be paid by the customer towards panel board in case out of warranty. But the fact should be noted that it is a big burden to the customer apart from financial loss. Still I trust on the products of LG and hope that all your exertion in this regard will not be hollowed.

    In view thereof, Company is kindly requested to install new unit instead of existing one with panel protection to prevent such menace from the insects in order to enable the customer to avail uninterrupted function of the above cited product accordingly.

    Hence, Company is kindly requested to take necessary action to get rid of such recurrence in future and resolve the issue permanently.

    My fridge was delivered to my home three days ago and it is still sitting there, in it’s package and all. When will the LG guys come to open it and set it up? I have called the LG helpline but am utterly disgusted with their customer care facilities.

    Yesterday I lodged my complaint with your customer care under reference no. RNA 120626022833 dated 26th of June 2012

    Your call centre people has given me the name of Franchise – M/s. Smridhi Aircon, Dilshad Garden. I talked to this company and exchanged my views with Mr. Sanjeev (Mobile no. 8447730245) and requested him to depute your technician for immediate servicing of my Split type window 1.5 ton AC of LG which has under 5 years AMC. The outer of the split has been giving sharp noise/voice.

    Your Mr. Sanjeev has given me the mobile no. of your field staff (8447730248) – Mr. Farman Ali who has regretted the my humble request. Then again I informed to your Mr. Sanjeev for deputing another person. But he did not also accept my request and told me on top priority my complaint will be attended on today morning before 12.00 Noon. Now I am dialling his cell number since morning, and found his cell number was switched off. Immediately I once again contacted to your call centre and told them the entire story.

    For getting immediate service,they have given me your cell number 9711359784 – Ms. Anju – Branch Manager. I was also surprised and shocked that your cell number was also switched off.

    Should I expect this kind of responsibility and accountability of Ms. Anju who has employed by LG for supervision and serving to the customer, kept mobile switched off and avoid to hearing the customer’s complaint.

    In view of the above non cooperation by your Franchise and you also, I am lodging the complaint (FIR) with the Police station for immediate arrest of the senior people under the act of 420, who have taken the money from the customer and not providing service despite my repeated reminders and keeping their staff members switched off mobiles.

    I am also lodging my complaint with Consumer Forum, Patiala House, New Delhi for penalising you.

    i purchased a 1.5 ton split a c on 4/4/2012 .it has not been cooling properly after installation .no action has been taken either by the help line or by the service centre.

    It was a shameful and regretful decision to buy LG LED 55 TV and 3D player. Spending Rs.2.00 lacs on products is sheer waste of money and their agents CROMA and Arvee enterprises are making fool of people..

    The worst experience that I ever had after purchasing an LG mobile. Non co-operating arrogant service providers giving nothing positive as they have written in bold letters regarding satisfactory customer service.They are not even prepared to give atleast the complaint record to the customer. Hereafter I will do all my effort to discourage people from buying any LG product.

    I have take a two year AMC for LG window 1.5 tonne AC.
    It was my first mistake to purchase LG AC and again I did mistake by taking two year AMC by giving Rs.2880.00
    Didn’t get any service .Tried to contact your call center but there is no response.

    Most pathetic experience. customer care person was even not able to provide service center address and number. will never suggest anyone to purchase any LG Product throughout life. worst experience. better go for nokia or any other but never LG.
