I bought via drive thru at KFC edsa Greenhills today sept 16, 2021 at around 8pm. I ordered 1 2 pcs chicken. 1 pc chicken meal and 1 pcs zinger meal. I paid everything via card. As the cashier handed over my order. I took her word when she gave my orders and inform me that order is complete. I was just alone and having a hard time navigating the narrow drive thru of the store. I forgot to check if indeed my order was already complete. When I got home, i found out that the zinger meal was not included in my meal. I could have pass this incident, but as this is my second time experience in the same store, i find it necessary to raise this complaint so that action can appropriately be made.
Earlier this evening between 6- 7pm I went to one of your Branch located at NEPO MAll, Dagupan City with my kids and niece. I ordered 5 Chix Steak and desserts. I asked your cashier Ms. Mylene Aquino Agapito to put additional sauce on my chix steak and replied ” meron kami gravy refill jan, parehas lang sa sauce ng steak- but when I refilled it with the gravy sauce she was refering to it was different. So i asked one of the Service Crew to get me an extra sauce for the steak- the crew gave my request.
after a while I asked my daughter to change my extra rice for a soup- it took her 5 minutes and when she came back my daughter said she was being ignored by the cashier ( same person)” parang wala siyang nakikita”… So I decided to go to the counter myself and insisted to change my rice for a soup. I also told her about the steak sauce and she insisted that it is the same with the gravy sauce.
