Tried to contact this company (Kaspersky Internet Security) but find it difficult to find a way to Email them. I need to change an account as I will have to update from Windows 8.1 to Windows 11 and need some advice.
I purchased a Kaspersky Internet Security 2019 product on the 12 April 2019 using the Visa Debit Card that ends in 0846. The cost of The Kaspersky Internet Security 2019 product was £5.98 which was paid to TANDT LTD. My RBS Bank Statement shows that I paid £5.98 for this product on the 12 April 2019 to the organisation: TANDT Limited which I cannot find any email address for?

I have a Kaspersky contract that runs for another 30 days, but you keep telling me that it runs out on June 20th. Which is correct???
I have opted to receive security updates automatically.I continuously get messages advising me to update the system.It would appear that the automatic update system is not working.Comments,please.
I have not used or ordered a Kaspersky product for over a year as I am now retired. Nor did I subscribe or was advised that I had subscribed to an auto renewal service. I only learned of this when I was charged £44.99 on 19th Jan 2018. I have requested this immediately repaid after which I will cancel my Kaspersky account as I suspect if I cancelled it beforehand, although it states auto renewal will cease, there will be no record that my account existed. Furthermore, on my website account there is no record of the above order. The only notice or record of payment was the transaction recorded on my credit card statement.

I am very annoyed. For the 4th year in a row, I have bought the updated version of Kaperskey and it does not work, it still states that I only have 3 days left. Yet I have paid £49.99 and it has not worked.
I have downloaded the new version twice and its still not working or asking for my activation key.
Every single year that I want to renew, there is an issue. I am really not happy that I have yet again another year had to contact you.
Why does this keep happening?
Whilst I appreciate it is a good product, I am not accepting that paying nearly £50 for software that never works properly first time around.
In this day and age, I should been able to download and that be it, but that never happens.
I spent hours last night and again this morning trying to sort it out, yet still not worked.
My address is 9 Oakhill Close, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM2 6HT and I do not have my account number or order number with me, as this is at home and I am at work.
Please ring me as a matter of urgency on 07624 463139. Should I not receive a call or response to my complaint, I will be requesting a refund.
I have since received emails from HQ in Russia and they have failed at every level to address my complaint and told me to contact my local provider and failed to give me any further details. I have since rang 0203 549 3495 and all I got was a lot of pre recorded messages. The customer service and trying to get in touch with a human being is an absolute joke.

We last had contact when we were in Spain, your last e-mail dated 22 nov. 2011, shows a ticket ID UK-20111117-0148 telling me how to download my account once I was in UK. But unfortunately we have only today received a broadband conection. Your e-mail says that the ticket will be closed down after 30 days..
I do need to download my Kaspersky account, as at present I have no security on my lap top
