    Dear Sir,

I have booked Jet Airways air tickets almost before one month with Eternity travel for our Managing Director Mr. & Mrs. Michael Gomes to Business class and their 4 children to Economic class. I have selected all the seat for Mr. Michael and his family at the Eternity office at Farwaniya. I was in their office 3 hours to select the seats and make sure that everything is okay. Because children are going to travel. I also requested one kid mail and one vegetarian meal, which you can see written on the tickets. One 29th June, 2017 when they went to travel, from the airport counter said the children reservation not confirmed. Anyhow they need to go to India because they are going to travel to Malaysia for holiday tours. From the airport counter said their is no seat available in Economic class. If they want they have upgrade the ticket to business class. We have no other choice. We pay the money and upgrade to Business class. Same day I sent mail the travel agent. But, they didn’t reply. Today, when I called them, they said it’s not their mistake. It’s is mistake by the Jet Airlines. I said we have taken tickets from you so, you should find out who is going to pay the damage. Please let us know who is going to compensate the damage.
We are looking for you kind reply.

With kind regards and thanking you,

    Dinesh Rodrigues

This is the first time that I have observed any airline charging for choosing a preferred seat. I went online to manage a booking for selecting seats for my wife and 2 children and all the front row seats are marked as paid seats and only a few scattered behind seats are marked as available seats. I have traveled on Emirates, Etihad, Turkish Airlines and Oman Air, but I have never seen any airline charge for selecting your preferred seat . This is quite annoying and deters me from flying Jet anytime again

    Dear sir,
Today my family( refer PHSTZP) traveled from Udaipur to Mumbai and then Mumbai to Kuwait,
today when they were in Udaipur, while check in, they have misbehaved, threatened by person who made check in and told he needs visa of Kuwait in English, how its surprised as Kuwait visa is always in Arabic, and further he told he will stop all languages in Mumbai. Although after lots of arguments he has given boarding pass, but told that go and talk persons of Jet airways in Mumbai, as my family is traveling alone and such a behavoir we have received its highly objectionable and unfortunate that this has happened.

    Dr A.S.Solanki,
    Economic adviser, Govt of Kuwait.
