    After being contacted from Idea, I applied for new Post Paid
    Connection. I used to get call from Saheda (Ph. No. 8108194108) of
    Idea, Mumbai. For this connection one idea executive collected my
    documents and Rs 400, and gave me a new sim on 02/03/2013, and told me
    that the new sim will get activated by
    05/03/2013.
    But till now, after several calls no body is confirming me anything

    I got my phone no recharged at Ahmedabad in the month of June 2011 (details will be displayed when you check my ac). Just after that Rs 175 was deducted at one time. I called up the customer care and the reply was…you must have dialed so and so number to hear song for a span of so many seconds. Will you believe that a man of 65 years of age will listen to songs on phone for rs 175 at a stretch.You know that CDs of songs are so inexpensive that I don’t know many how many CDs I could have bought out of that money and listen to the songs when ever I like.I am receiving so many massages to get my phone recharged,but I am not doing it because I am afraid that again some or the other way my money will vanish and I will not get a proper reply from your company.

    I am using your prepaid service since last 2 years. During this period i never had any problem but on 21 aug 2012 I had activated your net service. About 54 rupees balance was deducted from my account. I contacted the customer care they are saying it happened because of technical problem.

    Dear Sir,
    After consistent followup my phone 9824155552 started in the US on 22nd April. 16 days after deposit was paid.On 26th I returned to Canada and the phone stopped working again. After a chase in Surat the phone start working on 28th April.
    On 6th April, I had paid my last bill, Rs.3000 as international roaming followed by another deposit of app Rs.2000 to cover the bills during international roaming period.

    For the last 4 days i.e. from 8th the phone is once again not working as supposedly my bill for Rs.220 or so is unpaid. With a deposit of Rs. 5000 with your company my phone stops for Rs.200 or so. So much for an Idea Sirji.

    I have tried calling customer care again and again, from my Canada land line and the phone is automatically transferred to PREPAID. Check your call recording of a few hours back and you will be able to hear the truth. Your Extremely well trained staff are not trained enough to transfer the call to the appropriate department inspite of repeated requests.

    I am under extreme pressure as my business trip in Canada is getting ruined. I have already logged loss of app 10000 CAD $. Add to this my time and travel cost. I request you to kindly take corrective action and oblige as any further hardship due to Idea will force me to take recourse else where.

    I am an Idea user. Unfortunately, there is frequent balance deduction due to activation of some services without my permission. Customer care didnt reply properly. Balance of over 150 Rs has been deducted from my account.

    Dear Sir/madam
    i am an idea user since 2007. but from last one year i got many problem from ur services and whenever i call ur customer care they disconnect my phone or every time says that our server is down and deduct unusual money from my balance …
    your delhi ncr staff are very uncooperative. please take necessary action against them especially your floor supervisors of delhi (nitesh and XYZ pal singh).Please see to it that all the deductions that have been made in the name of international call and credited back in my account, else I will be compelled to seek legal action or in consumer court.

    On 13th Sept 2011, I got a call from Idea Celluar representative asking me to subscribe for a better plan as it is better than the usual one which I am having from a different provider. I requested him if I can switch to Idea if Number Portability can be done. On 15th Sept a person named Raghavendra came and I did the formalities along with msg to 1900 or 1901 for the UPI which I got and wrote on the application. I was given a sim card after I paid the amount of Rs.418/- by way of Cheque, which has been debited from my account also. But till date neither the portability has happened, nor anyone has got back to me about the money. I have written to the customer care for some 15 times, no response!!

    i bought idea prepaid 3g card for idea net setter.
    my complaint was regarding netconnection. i got a bad response.i contact so many people in idea store at bodakdev-ahmedabad(neoni,mahendra…etc) no one gives me gud response & does not receive my calls also…this is bad for your company

    On my mobile number some Video Entertainment has been activated without my permission. I visited my idea Store at vidyavihar & requsted them to deactivate the Video Entertainment. It is not yet deactivated.

    The no.issued to me xxx is already allotted to some one else.I m suffering nuisance of this repeated no. I will have to lodge the complaint with consumer forum as per the protection act.

    I CONTACTED ur idea cust care kerala no
    my complaint was regarding netconnection. i got a bad response .seven times i contacted (reena,chithra,anoop etc…) they dont know how to handle customers . if it goes like this ur relations with customers will collapse

    ive got an idea prepaid sim and using for more than a year, now the service is paused, stating documents to be updated, while giving the connection and for the usage of past year, have u not realised about the given correct documents, now without information its stopped and now facing a big problem, what kind of service does this IDEA ur giving, more over what do u need to update on the given evidence of PAN card, dont have words to scold vulgerly, because so much is expressed for the worst service provided
    never il recommend or again get ths bad IDEA

    some mr rohan had called from 9702200047
    saying that the number will be started within 48 hrs as we r the dsa
    and also we r the franchisee name oberon cellular
    later on they called me and said there was some of my previous
    outstanding with the company sum of rupees 929.00
    same time i paid rs 950 in the nerul gallery ie on 6.6.11
    also i recd recipt frm the co
    still my line is nt activated,
    have mailed the same on grievance.mumbai@idea.adityabirla.com 4 times but only automated reply comes no one replies nor called,or atleast help me to get my money back ie rupees 399 for the said number taken by the franchisee kindly do the need ful thanks

    I am an Idea cellular customer and my mobile no. is ****7100.

    I had taken your service (idea ) in the month of February 2011. As soon as I took the perpaid card, automatically, I started to get cricket updates and all nonsense stuff for which I had not subscribed for. I had asked of DND (do not disturb). But I doubt it didn’t happen.

    My balance started to get deducted for such nonsense things.

    Now my services shows to be barred due to non provided of documents. whereas I had submitted all the documents.

    Is your service so, slow that in the month of Feb I had taken your service and now in June you have realised that the docuements are not complete.

    Your service has become a torture.

    I can’t connect directly to the Customer Care. I don’t want to listen to the bullshit record which plays, where i can’t even lodge a complain.

    I want my service to be restored immediately.

    I am an Idea cellular customer and my mobile no. is 7309668689.My last recharge was os Rs.100/- and my balance after the recharge was Rs.136/-. A lot of money has been deducted from my account in the name of services, which I did not order and my balance has come down to Rs.50/-.Please see to it that all the deductions that have been made in the name of services are credited back in my account, else I will be compelled to seek legal recourse. yogesh
