    subscription to various services added without my consent and complaint on same are not adhered to. I have made up my mind to port with a other carrier.

    I am Mohit from Vasant Kunj, New Delhi (A customer of idea postpaid number xx).
    It became extremely essential for me to write to you personally as I am being mentally exasperated by the customer care executives of idea. (their extremely rude & harsh language)

    There is a bill amount of Rs. 1219/- (One thousand two hundred and nineteen only) due on my number which I have not paid due to some personal reasons and also due to the fact that I was mostly keeping out of station during past few days.

    I have personally spoken to the nodal office of idea on 29th & 30th Sept 2011 about the transparent fact that my record of bill payment has been very punctual since the activation of my post paid number. I have personally promised confirming all my details that I will make the payment within next 10 days (once I become free from my personal problems). This is an obvious fact that a customer like me who has availed your services will definitely make the payment.

    I am not using any internet services for bill payment. I always visit the nearest idea office & pay it personally in cash or through card. Under the present circumstances, its really tough for me to find any minute to visit idea office. (I hope you can understand that sometimes such situations arise).

    The frustration point is that in the last 10 days, I have received almost infinite number of collection calls from idea customer care.
    I totally understand & agree to the fact that collection calls are made to customers. After all, the bill payed by us is the primary source of revenue and I am always ready to respond to them but this does not mean that the executives will start using rude language to the customer.

    Is this the way that they will start ringing up my brother in law, my mother, my father in three different cities of India ??
    Is this acceptable that they will directly talk to me using humiliating language ??

    Sir, I am again telling you that I am not a customer who gives fake ID & Address proof, enjoys the services and runs away. I am a genuine customer & I will never tolerate the humiliationdone to me.
    Rs. 1200 is not a big amount for which I will spoil my image in my own eyes by not paying it.

    I admit that I had recently planned to pay the money in three to four days (72 hours) but the conditions actually were adverse & it was impossible for me to go to any nearby idea office & hence I could not pay; but then, this does not mean that I am not willing to pay & Idea executives will humiliate me.

      Don’t worry! Tell those idiots to go and file a civil suit in court for recovery of the dues.Even if someone visit you, you can simply ask him to get out of your house. Let them file a damn recovery suit in the civil court which they NEVER will. You can always say that I had reasons for holding the payment but that does not mean Idea people will start abusing you. As long as your particulars are correct you cannot be tried for any fraud or forgery So why WORRY? If I were you I would have placed a tight kick on their rear end for their rude & disrespectful behavior.

    We expected this company to be a standard company but now we have realised it is a substandard company. I paid 600 rupees for internet connection but we could hardly use it due to connection failure.

      you can make a complaint of the executive’s beahviour with the Idea nodal officer at your state.

        i m a customer of idea for last 3 years and always have got good service..however now three days have passed since my numberhas been closed from ur side without saying any reason..there is a case of mistaken identity..my sim was blocked for non payment..but the same mentioned to me was not mine..i have a prepaid connection

    I am using an idea number since 2006. However, from first week of September my number does not work and my sim is giving error registration failed message. This is an old number..and is very important for me.

    Myself is Arun Kumar, I was using Idea Sim September 2007 with Mobile No. 999082***2. Unfortunately the service of this number has stopped 7 to 8 months ago.
