I would like to know where I could send my email to file my complaint regarding my HP printer, scanner and copier which is not working properly. I bought it last Jan 2011 and still in warranty tho’ twice replaced and still the problem exists.
Your early response is highly appreciated. Thank you.

My HP laptop broke during a transit..I dint know HP manufactured such weak laptops..its not under warranty..feel sad by the loss..
I would like to raise a concern regarding the HP Invent moa branch. I wanted to purchase a laptop (G42-457) from them this October. So made a down payment of 10k through EPS just to reserve the unit. Later they gave me a product with scratches and other problems. When returned they are not taking as they say they dont have other stocks. They promised to get back to me, but still now hasnt.
thank you for the help..i am going to repair my newly purchased laptop
Where can I buy Cartridge 122 for my HP Deskjet 2050 J510? All the stores located in SM Fairview doesnt have the cartridge.
I would like to post a complaint regarding the V5061u Digital Camcorder I bought a few months ago at SM Iloilo-Delgado. Aside from the fact that the software bugged out within 2 months, I had it repaired by giving it to the representative at the said branch of purchase. It has been more than 90 days and STILL NO CAMCORDER!
This is causing so much hassle as I have missed out on a lot of my kids’ activities(since this is my first camera/camcorder, I have no other fallback device), defeating the purpose of buying the said item. I would like to return it and have it reimbursed so that I can buy a more reliable one that I can actually use when I need it.
I bought an HP G4 laptop last November 2011 and first week I got it the hard drive went bad. on the second month the touch pad is not working, on the third month the laft speaker was busted, and on the 4th month the right speaker got busted. So I decided to ask for a repolacement. But the service center in DAVAO refused to endorse my concern for replacement. Not to mention how rude their staffs are. How can I get what is right for me. According to their technician this G4-117tx series has a lot of built-in PROBLEMS!
I bought HP laptop last week at Festival Supermall at Alabang with free printer but unfortunately, HP rep tells me that the unit is out of stock (printer). They advise me that they will contact me as soon as the stock is availbale within a week. But until now they haven’t contacted me or atleast provided an update.
I have been calling your Customer Service number in Manila (888-5900) for over a week. No one answers the phone. I need to have my iPaq 111 Handheld worked on. Please give me a phone number to call where someone will answer the phone. I need to get this thing fixed.
Thank-you
Jim
I am planning to buy a new HP (airprint capable) as an upgrade to my old HP printer. Just want to know if there’s any seller or reseller here in Manila that accepts trade-in, so I can buy for less? Thanks!
Please refrain from buying hp printer. I just bought black ink for printer. The indication is still empty. But the colored is okay. Go back to pc express for checking, and told me that hp will get back the ink. Told me to wait for three weeks. So, I can’t use the printer for three weeks.
I would like to formally complain about the unfair business/trade practice of HP Service Center in the Philippines.
1. On November 6, 2015 I brought my laptop to the HP Service Center in Makati City for repair. I asked the customer service representative if I would be able to pay through credit card and she affirmatively said yes.
2. On November 10, 2015 I was informed via SMS by HP (+639175902228) of the diagnosis of my laptop and I was asked if it was okay to go ahead with the repair and the amount to be paid. I replied okay and i asked for the second time if I could pay using my credit card. The reply was another affirmative yes Sir.
3. On November 13, 2015 when I claimed my laptop after it had been repaired the payment through my credit card – Mastercard Gold issued by a big local bank was denied. The cashier told me that they do not accept credit card issued by this local bank even if it is an internationally accepted Mastercard Gold. They only accept credit card issued by this US bank. I was told of so many alibis like it has been that way for weeks already and that IT support from HP had not fixed it, etc. etc. I told her to just press the switch in the credit card terminal so that it would be able to accept all other credit cards. Nothing happened. My credit card was not accepted by the machine.
4. Adding to my frustration was the absence of the Manager onsite in the HP service center. There was no one that I could escalate the issue to . The cashier told me that he was not on the site. I asked for the manager’s name and his contact number but she was refusing. She said did not know his number, etc. etc. But I insisted until she gave me his name and contact number. I called him and he claimed that he was out going to a client (I thought this was suspicious). In my phone conversation with him, it was apparent that he was not aware of the issues in the credit card payment specifically that the credit card terminal of HP Service Center in Makati City was not accepting Mastercard issued by this local bank.
5. It is also worth noting that there was clear misguidance that was given to me by HP Service Staff from the frontliner who accepted my laptop for repair to the person who sent me SMS confirming and reiterating that credit cards are accepted. I feel I was badly treated as an HP customer. FYI, my family had been loyal users of HP laptops for more than 10 years and today we have 3 HP laptops. And after all these, i got this kind of customer service. ):
6. Most of all, I am writing to you not only because of the inconvenience that it has caused me (walking out several blocks away under the scorching heat of midday sun to withdraw money from my ATM so I can pay and claim back my laptop) but because I believe HP allows itself to be a party to an unfair business practice? which is not only an offense in the Philippines under its anti competition law but also this is an offense under the US laws.
I bought last june a 680 black ink which was defective, so, i bought another 1 while have to wait for replacement am using it now and find out that it is also defective which i got last august as replacement. Is this your kind of service. When you produce defective product, you should replace it immediately. Are you fooling the people for them to forget it and get our money for defective product? To hell with you!!!!
This is to inform you that the HP Deskjet 5820 I bought last June 24 from Interpace Computer, Gaisano Mall, Butuan City was not properly set-up by their personnel. It was brought to DataWorld Computer Center, Butuan City for servicing and avail of the warranty. However, until now the unit is still there. According to their personnel, there is no available replacement part. It’s almost 2 months I haven’t use the unit. Have I known that this is the quality of the printer, I should have bought other brand. It is a great inconvenience and discouraging receiving reply “I’m sorry sir, the part is not available”. What kind of company you are?
