i purchased honda shine on 12 apr 2011. It is the worst…gives average 40 kmpl only …am not happy with my shine.
I have purchased Honda Twister on 1st June 2010. Only satisfactory point is it’s fuel mileage, that’s all. Rest every thing (specially the after-sales service) is disgusting. For last one year, I am frantically looking for a few spares like ‘chain spokate’, ‘ball recer’ etc (those are already damaged and in changeable condition) – but which is not available with service centre. I am driving the bike with high risk. Both the service centre and customer care division is simply trying to play a clever game. I am just being the suttle cork. Nobody bothers form Honda-side, only some ‘eye-wash’ assurance are being issued from that side time to time.

This is Ravi Kumar from Agra, Uttar Pradesh. I have purchased HONDA STUNNER (10 HP/125 CC ) bike on 1st July 2010 from Ratan Honda , 1 Lauries Hotel Compound, MG Road, Agra Uttar Pradesh. I have been riding the bike for last one year but from September onwards the self starting problem came into picture. I didn’t know that it was the major problem due to the battery. Hence the bike is not having the kick start facility; the self start system has to be highly secure & trusted. Why is the bike not having kick start facility? If this is not, then why the self start facility is not trusted. On Monday, 31.10.11, I missed my office due to this problem only. Then mechanic exchanged the battery with the new one, and then only bike could start. For that I paid a net amount of Rs. 1600.00 (Rs 1450.00 for battery, actual cost is 1625.00 with the exchange of old battery & Rs 150.00 mechanic charge.) but I am not able to understand that how that battery became faulty within one year only, as per the warranty generally battery companies use to provide the warranty of 18 months, 24 months, 36 months.

I booked a honda activa on 6 october at shri sai honda bareilly(243001). On 10 November i was there to collect my scooter as on the call of dealership but they imposed some unnecessary charges in form of PRE DELIVERY CHARGES and when i was asked about they got annoyed and misbehaved with me. They cancelled my booking and gave me back my booking amount to sell the same to some one else.
I have purchased the CS shine from Rushab Honda Nashik. I have received the delivery on 10 march 2011 after 5 months (Booked on 25 Oct. 2010). The four free vehicle services is done as per the scedule given along with the manual. The Oil was changed as per the instruction & the charges paid for the same. The fourth service was done as per schedule on 1st Oct. 2011. On 9th Nov.2011 sudden the vehicle was off in running, while checking i observed that the machine was too hot & there was no oil in machine. Then we added the oil & started the vehicle. The vehicle was getting started but it was making particular noise. Then i contacted to the service centre of Rushab Honda nashik & informed about the problem. They asked to bring the vehicle at service centre. I went to the place & showed the vehicle to them. The mechanic checked the vehicle & said the machine has to be opened & then only the probem will come to know. The mechanic opened the machine & informed that the block piston needs to change.
How can it happen with new vehicle bought in less than just five months..
The total is going to cost me Rs 1100.
You are requested to replace this faulty vehichle.

I had purchased a Honda Shine-125cc -2 wheeler on 21st Apr’2011 from M/s-Pratik Honda,Sector-8,Airoli,Navi Mumbai. Due to self start button starting problem, I had given the Bike for 3rd free servicing at service centre. Sadly they had damaged the battery and refused to give a new battery. Since last one month I am struggling from pillar to post for replacement for this Battery & Dealer is not even ready to take any responsibility and showing overall inefficiency in prompt service. I will suggest that you not buy any 2 wheeler from M/s-Pratik Honda’s showroom either from Vashi or Airoli as their service is very very poor and nor customer oriented.
Recently I purchased Honda Shrine 2 wheeler bike. After meeting with an accident, I gave the vehicle to an authorized service station. They have initially given me the delivery period of 15 to 20 days, but till now i have not received the vehicle..when asked they say “Front Wheel Alloy assembly spares are not in depot for the last 5 years from 2006”. If the same model is not been supplied from 2006 how the same has been sold to me. I am a middle classed person and my bike is my daily earning.
Last 3 months i searched for new Honda unicorn in diffrent dealership . They told that if i booked with the amount of 2000Rs i will get the vehicle after two year.I think this is shame of honda motors .My suggestion is that close your honda unicorn production.otherwise u will arrange one new vehicle.i am ready to pay full amount i dont need any finance

I bought my Honda Stunner on 4th june 2010,Engine no.LAKSDJFKASDH,rEG.nO.TN 18C 5077,its hardly 18 months on my purchase,i have driven 15,200kms,8th month after my purchase the vehicle battery cells failed ,when my bike runs for 13450kms there is some issue of chain sprocket and i changed the chain sprocket kit on 2nd nov 2011, now today(23/12/2011) my bike is having problem with clutch plate, i need solution for my bike, the vehicle is totally unfit to drive and the model is useless, why honda is delivering such a worst vehicles. can honda do some free service for my vehicle since its very short duration of usage, i dont wants to spend more on the vehicle again n again,

The above vehicle which i am using was running smoothly. As i got the complaint of STARTING occassionally ie Even in the morning it starts well but some times though iam in running after switching off it takes some problem for starting. If we moves the handle it starts.
I had taken the vehicle to Ghani honda PALAKKAD for service on 13/07/2011by bill No 5946 and on 26/11/2011by bill No 14468 they had taken my vehicle and said that Battery,Ignition coil ,All switches and every thing that has to be O.K of the vehocle is O.K and no problem it seens. But even when the service supervisor was to hand over the vehicle to me from service centre ,the same complaint was shown. He also was not able to nswer .

I have visited many times to dealer and everytime they commit to deliver in 2days. I have very bad experiance with Honda dealer “Sai Point mira road thane”. One of the worst authorized dealer who never value their commitment. EverytimeI have visited, I have seen customer is fighting with sales man.
I have given feedback to customer care and I believe they also dont believe in post sales service. No one has responded to my query and when calling to customer care, no one picks up phone. No I have only ne option and that is to lodge complaint in consumer forum.

I had my Honda Shine two wheeler handed over to M/S EVM Motors, Neeramankara Jn, Kaimanam Post, TVM-695040 on 14/12/11 for a water service and oil change. Along with this I had put forward a request of mileage tuning also. On the same day,I have received a call from EVM Motors informing me that the chain has to be cleaned. As such, I have asked them to proceed with the process.
On the next day, I took the vehicle and after running some distance noticed that the chain was making a sound.Consequently, I approached another outlet of M/S EVM motors and came to know from the service representative that the chain was damaged. On my enquiry for the reason for this fault, he opined that it was due to incorrect alignment at the time of adjusting the chain. He added that nothing remarkable could be done to rectify the issue rather than reversing the chain and that too is not supposed to make any specific change.
Following this I had a discussion with the Service Manager of EVM Motors, Neeramankara Jn, Kaimanam, TVM and as per his advice met the Customer Care Manager and produced the vehicle before him. Even though I recommended a replacement of the part that was damaged due to incorrect handling, he insisted that they can’t replace it and can be repaired only (Please note here about the statement of the mechanic at the other outlet that the complaint could be rectified only by replacing the component).
On the next day, I took my vehicle after repair and found that the complaint was not fixed and was still existing.
In this context, I strongly recommend a replacement of the chain as this is entirely the fault of the service personnel that caused damage
to the component. Please be informed that the chain is a new one and has hardly covered around 6,000 kms.
Kindly look into this and do the needful. The initial job card details are mentioned below.

I’ve purchased a honda dazzler on 19/11/2011. from the first week itself i was having problems with chain which is irregularly tight and loose at various points. i contacted Peeyem honda, Kannur(Dealer code KL 120001) who said it is because chain will take time to set and if dont, they will clear it in first service. They didnt keep up the promise and when i went to show the complaint after first service, the serviceman said that chain is faulty. I need to get it replaced under warranty since this problem exists from the day i purchased the bike. When i cantacted the service, they said that the service manager is onj leave for a few days and chances of getting it replaced is very less. Kindly help. I assure that it is just because of the irresponcible attitude of honda service people that this issue remain still
I have a Honda stunner 2008 Model. Although warranty period of my bike is over I still prefer to service my bike by your authorized service center.. But last time when i had been for servicing one of you engineer informed me that there is some problem with the ” Choke ” and must be replaced with new and then i agreed to replace it with the new one but your engineer later said that its not available in the stock hence i have to wait for a week But the Choke of my bike was already Unplugged / removed.. When i asked your engineer to fix it up he said the new stock will be coming soon & they will install the new one BUT NOW IT IS ABOUT MORE THAN FOUR MONTHS they say that they are out of stock…
Even i have some problem with the performance of the bike & after servicing also the problems are not fixed by your engineers & one more thing some of the staff members of Mangesh Honda, dose not give appropriate response to the customers.. My Complaint is against Mangesh Honda, Belgaum.

I have purchased CB Twister from Dearler name Mohali Honda, Mohali on dated 12 Dec 2011. After few days of purchase the problem is in my bike, the sound like detrition are coming from the backside. When i go honda showroom for service and i clear my doubt with engineer then he says after first service (13 Jan 2012) all sound problem will sort-out automatically.(Automatically ?) again after few days being not satisfied, i go again (18 Jan then 19 Jan 2012) honda showroom with same problem, engineer says this sound are coming from chain system and he clears chain system from outer side and this process wasted lot of my time & petrol. Then after test drive of my bike engineer says He can’t do more than now and still same….Does honda have no good engineers? or Honda have compromised with its quality? i am not clear what is the problem with Honda CB Twister but who is facing the problem I or Honda?

Hi I had purchased the Honda Activa on Feb 2011 , its just 11 month old , the activa has very serious problem with self start ,every 20 days once the self start stops working and battery is dead . The response from Haiku Honda Service dealers located in Domlur bangalore is very poor they are not able to rectify the problem ,almost every month i go with the same problem either they charge the battery or say we have rectified but nothing is done. its a shame on Honda Part i feel its better to take this issue to media and get it resolved
I bought Activa in May 2011 (still under warranty). Kick start lever got jammed, Honda service (Partick Honda) in Kharghar said that a gear wheel was needed to be replaced and this item is not covered under warrnty. I also took extended warranty now wondering what is the purpose of that?

I am really surprised it was your authorised service center and there is not a single spare part of my honda shine bike.
I am from Jhansi (uttar pradesh) and i purchased honda activa in february 2011. Your service center is giving shoddy service. They have changed my air filter of my scooty and since then my scooty is not working properly. There is no pick up in my scooty after the service. We use to get our service done from JAIN HONDA jhansi(u.p)… I want you to kindly take some strict action against the service provider.

I purchased a HONDA CBI UNICORN dated 13.06.2011 key no-8726 Engine No-KC09E 6115491from Angul(SHIV LAXMI MOTORS) DEALER CODE-0R050001.I am sadto state that after purchase the bike has given me lot of problems, specially to my bank.At the time of third servicing (21.10.2011) mechanic found that the rear shock absorber was faulty. Suddenly It was reported to the dealer..from that day several times i knocked at the dealer point but failed. This kind of rough behaviour has aggravated my back pain.Finally i have decided to go with the consumer court if my bike’s faulty part is not replaced.

With regard to above mentioned details and my previous complaints made to Kothari Wheels, Tilak Road, Pune, I haven’t got any resolutions yet. I have already paid what I was charged in full amount but not provided the parts in time by dealer or the company which has almost been 5+ month. So I request you to provide me the parts on most prompt manner along with the interest of amount I have paid to you. Moreover, due to non availability of these parts I have faced many problems.
I purchased Twister in the month of Dec 2011 by seeing the ad of 70 kms/litre, but I am not satisfied with the mileage my bike gives..it is just below 55 kms/litre. Now I am thinking why I have chosen that bike. Luna would have been better… :(
