I had a horrible experience with them. I bought a hitachi 1.5 ton split AC in Chennai and they did not come to install it even after 1 week. They delivered the AC promptly. But it has been a week since and no one has come to install it in spite of 30 phone calls and several emails to their customer service. Please refrain from buying Hitachi. Horrible service.
I should have seen this comment box before buying Hitachi product. I have also purchased Window AC 1.5 Summer QC. I went through horrible experience to deal with Service Centre in Delhi. I think we should go to consumer court against this company to take them to task.
We have two Hitachi window AC installed at our flat. Since we are shifting residence by the end of this month , we require your services for dismantling these AC’s from present location , which we will transport to new location, however we need your assistance for installing at new residence.

Hitachi appears to a cheap company, i have purchased a 1.5 Ton Window AC 3 years back and had to refill gas twice after the warranty period in this duration. There is absolutely no quality in the product, even a videocon would last way too longer compared to a Hitachi AC! And when you escalate the matter nobody is bothered to even respond to your emails. I would strongly recommend NOT to buy Hitachi products at all as it’s a very cheap company in India!!!
My complaint no 12062800608 given on 28th June at 11.30 am has still not been attended. Hitachi customer care says they have given to the technician and will visit soon. This is very disappointing .From the conversation with the customer care Executive it seems it may take 10 -15 days to get it repaired. Will Hitachi to look into this.

This is regarding complaint no 12062500550. I bought a 1.5 ton Hitachi window Ac last year. Two weeks ago it stopped working. After repeated calls a person came to check it and concluded that the motor needed to be replaced. The Ac was taken away on Saturday June 30 and was supposed to be delivered back to us the same evening.
Today is 7 July and we still have not got the Ac back. In the meantime , every time I called I was told the Ac will be delivered the next day. Today I was given the number of a kuldeep jala who promised to call me back with details. Within 15 minutes of his promises his phone has been unreachable. Can somebody please look into why it’s taking so long and give a date on which we can actually expect the Ac to be delivered?
I have 3 Hitachi ACs – 02 split/01 window. What a mistake I made in trusting this brand. Both the Split ACs stopped working within 02 months of purchase…..there is no word to describe the pathetic service backup they are promising. It’s been a month since I am chasing them but no result…once their person came after 21 days & after checking the ac promised to get the gas filled next day. I am still waiting for that day. If at all some senior person is taking care of service (which I strongly doubt) then please don’t let your brand get spoiled by inefficient service by unprofessional engineers/supervisors.

Dear Team Hitachi in India & Around the world,
Its really surprising to invest in a Brand which is renowned worldwide and at the same time offering such poor product and pathetic service in India, We paid up nearly 20% premium to regular products available in India.
I purchased a 1.5 T Split A.C. recently and within two days of installation, cooling went hay wire. Repeated complaints to dealer, help did turned up, only to declare A.C. is working fine.
But finally the Poor product under pressure from Indian Summer gave up when all less renowned A.C.s were working fine.
We never expected this and further to add to our worries the technical support. I have never experienced such poor service. Even local companies have better service.
Four days after repeated follow-up, local assigned service centre guy turns up and take the PCB and leave with a promise to return next day. Its been five days and no sign. Every time you call up customer service, the best they can offer is “ok, your compliant I will put a follow-up”, hey, this doesn’t help at all.
I would request you guys to please refund my money, take your A.C. back and I will save the surplus and invest in a cheaper yet durable A.C.
If you feel, we are less empowered by law, please note, I will raise a complaint to consumer court for a breach of contract and harassment to the consumer. And believe me, it will surely undermine your brand building efforts Esp. in India.

I purchased 1.5 tonne HITACHI AC last year in the month of April, 2011. Just after getting my last wet service done, immediately after expiry of warranty period Fan Motor of my AC burned. I registered a request No.12040301922 on 3rd July. When nobody came till 9th July, I checked my AC to a local technician and he apprised me that fan motor of my AC has burned. He took some time to get it repaired. Then he told that it can only be repaired or replaced in Hitachi Company only. The again I complained on 16th July, 2012 and I have been promised to attend my complaint within 48 hours, but nobody came. Then again I complained on 21st July and a lady said that this complaint should have been attended on 20th July itself. She promised to attend the complaint same day only. But nothing happened. Today is 23rd July, I have reminded today also. Again same promises, same commitments lets see what happens.
They assured me a 24-36 hr service but even after 5 days I cant get any service. My children are getting ill. Now I am repenting that why I choose hitachi.I run an electrical shop and I recommended hitachi AC to a lot of my customers.But now my mind set is changed completely .please provide sincere service to your loyal customers.why you are ruining the brand name HITACHI. this kind of third class service will make people DISADVERTISE your product. So please wake up.

I want to renew my AMC for my window AC quadracool 1.5 ton.
I am calling customer care since 1 month there is no response from their side.
I purchased a Hitachi 1.5 ton window AC on 12th July 2012 and got it installed through a local as the nos. given are not reachable. The AC makes too much of noise , is there any way you can send the technician to check what is wrong with the machine.
With regret, I wish to share my grievance regarding my AC (split) purchased in March 2011, as under:-
i. After planning for long, and relying on the goodwill of Hitachi, prevailing in the market, I purchased one AC Split from Kaplila at Janakpuri, New Delhi, in March 2011, so as to keep me away from botheration for a longer period. ii. But after one year warranty that ended in March 2012, which is practically for only one summer season, in just 3 months, the AC stopped functioning and on contacting the Customer Care, one engineer/mechanic from Hitachi (Sheetal Aircon, Ramesh Nagar, New Delhi) came on 19.7.2012 and has informed that either the motor or circuit of the fan is not functioning, and that is irreparable, and needs to be changed, costing Rs. 3,300/- each after payment of Rs.330/- as visit fee. iii. Perhaps, we have made a mistake in choosing the Hitachi product, which, we didn’t know, would go out of order within one year of functioning, excluding winter. iv. After two days, i.e, on 21.07.2012 one motor was brought by the Hitachi man but that was not sealed and looked used/old. We were shocked how can be the Company so irresponsible. The unsealed motor was brought on the plea that the same is not available with the Company at present and when available, will be installed. How much time it would take, can’t be said, according to the above man. On the one hand, the motor is reportedly not available in the open market and on the other; the same is not available with the Company. We feel lying victims in the hands of Hitachi in the peak summer season. v. In the unbearable heat, I again lodged a complaint with the Customer Care, on same day i.e., 21.07.2012 and they ensured to sort out and confirm to me over my mobile No. but with no result. We, therefore, request you to look into the matter urgently and make arrangements to replace the AC so as not to affect the image that the Company holds in the market.
I am sorry to say that it is bad luck that i have trusted on Hitachi Split AC.

I purcahsed Hitachi 1.5 ton split a/c on 18th may 2012. Since then there is some or the other problem with A/C. In the peak of the summers when i was expecting that the purchased a/c would help to bring down the temp, it infact did the opposite. Didnt work at all and added to my mental tension. Hitachi as a company is not customer centric. They take customers very lightly …Since 4th July daily non stop I am making calls to the service center, customer care center but my problem has not been resolved. Daily the same statement is said that the problem has been escalated. I dont whether there are some senior people to manage the customer cell or not. I will take this issue to consumer court and would request all other those who have suffered to file case in Consumer court against Hitachi’s negligence towards customer complaints.
I have Hitachi fridge which has broken down. I called up customer service and nobody attended the call for a week then somebody came from Arian enterprises to fix the fridge after my constant follow up. He charged 2600 and the fridge worked well for only a day. They came after a week again replaced another component surprise surprise the fridge still does not work. I have been continuously following up for the last three weeks but to no avail. Hitachi Customer service really sucks. If anybody at the company cares for their customers pls respond and contact me

– The technician came for a dry service on 12 July and noticed that the gas has leaked and requires refilling, said that the transport will come the next day and collect the AC, nobody turned up.
Upon my return from a tour i started following up and …..
– on 27 July 2012, spoke to Chintan on the service helpline number and he assured that someone will attend to the complaint the next day.
– on 28 July 2012, spoke to Amit and he indirectly washed his hands and gave me the service center number; 01204134159 and told to speak to Omkar Tomar, i called up this number and was directed to another number; 01204127776.
– Spoke to Ravi on this number and he assured me to send someone immediately.
– on 29 July 2012, spoke to Shubham and he told me that since the technician is on leave, so unable to come, but fotunately someone did come to review the AC and told me that the gas needs refilling; aray i told him that i know gas refilling is required, its nothing new, so he assured me that someone will come on 30 July 2012 to pikc up the AC.
– Until 03 August 2012, there has been no contact from anyone, i got a call from the service centre asking me if the AC has been repaired, i told them that you must be joking, so the lady on the phone told me that she would call back, but never returned the call. At 3pm i got a call from someone saying that he needs to come and collect the AC and will be at my place around 6pm, i waited and waited and nobody turned up, at 9pm i called the same guy and he told me that he will come tomorrow;ie; today to pick it up.
– today 04 August 2012, since there wasnt any news until1pm, i called up the service center again and spoke to Ravi, Supervisor, he tells me that nobody will be able to come today and instead he will be able to send someone tomorrow only.
– i have just now called up the service helpline number and am told that my complaint feedback will be sent to the seniors at Hitachi and they will revert with a solution.
I have purchased Hitachi window a/c from CROMA JANAK PURI centre on 6 march 2011 & started using it in april. In august a/c stopped working, I had registered a complaint & after arguing and following with Hitachi persons I got a new machine on 24 Sept 2011. After receiving new a/c I didn’t use it. In 2012 I have just started using it in april 2012 & 21 june it again stopped working & now hitachi persons are saying it’s not in WARRANTY, they will not register my complaint. When I got the new a/c in september month they told me that the product will be in warranty till september 2012 but now their statement has totally changed. I have registered a complaint with Hitachi Head Office centre, they told technician will visit at my residence & based on the comments they will replace the whole a/c.

I have a 1.5 tone split ac and called several times at your call center for the amc to be renewed but I always get one reply that a engineer will visit your place in couple of days..it is over 3 months and much more..no one has still arrived I did several followup but in vain..
This is my feedback and my experience while dealing with Hitachi:-The lady, who takes calls on toll free # 1800-102-0092 is very discourteous and has no clue what customer services means, she refuses to give her name and behaves like “ I care hoots about your complaint”. I guess she is fit to sit at a show room reception in chandin chowk. Not good for customer interface. I must say useless product and hopeless staff. On top of that they are charging RS 500 for visit and RS 1500 for labor plus parts. Sony India visit is RS 110 plus parts. Have they lost their mind or they service engineer is going to come on a BMW? This company is behaving like a bunch or looters out there to fleeces their clients.
After readying the rest of the feedbacks it seems buying Hitachi is like getting yourself stuck with greedy morons.

I bought a Hitachi Air-conditioner 1.5 ton ( Rau 5171 sd Model iclean ) by cash 43000/- c- memo no –CR/06291/1/2012-2013, on 27-01-2013 From Sales Emporium 443, Jessore Road, Kolkata – 700047. The company sent two men for installing the ac . They cut the seal and opened the box .Then they told me there was no installation kit in this box .The installation will be done when company send this kit, they said. After that I told every thing to Sales Emporium & Hitachi co ( 09331791833) several times by phone. But they still do not send the installation kit. What poor customer service.
I have requested for AMC renewal for air conditioners on 4.03.13, till date i.E 08.04.13 nobody has turned up for the same, customer care has no idea about the same, hopeless service. I recommend nobody should buy hitachi products as there is hopeless service of them.
Warning — do not expect service from hitachi
Booked a Hitachi window C 513 HTD on 22.05.2013 from Bharat Sales Corporation, 2, Mangal Pandey road Sadar Bazaar Lucknow through invoice no, J 1148 of book no. 23 but it is not delivered yet. I deposited complete amount on same day, I am facing a harassment by your distributor and your Executive Mr. Abhay [+91-9839967657]. Main facts of complete incident is as under.
On 22.05.2013,In spite of assurance given by your distributor for delivery on same date, it was not delivered till date.
Next day On 23.05.2013,, while I visited again to your dealer, they promised to delivery with in next 2 hrs. I called distributor in this day about two dozen times. Initially, he assured again and later, switched off the all phones. In evening at about 6 o,clock, Mr. Suchit Jain, son of owner told that it delivered a damaged AC.
Next day on 24.05.2013,, Distributor again repeatedly reply with wrong statement and assured in each call for delivery in next one hr but in vain. In late evening, a call received at 09.11 PM from Mr. Abhay, an executive of Hitachi at Lucknow. Mr Abhay assured to deliver it up to 10 o’clock of next day ie saturday 25.05. 2013. On 25 05.2013, again I asked distributor but they clearly refused to talk and advised to contact with Mr. Abhay. I did contact to Mr. abhay, he said to call back within 2 minutes. Later he is not picking any phone. From above, it is clear that behavior of distributor and your executive is not upto mark of esteemed Hitachi.
We are using Hitachi products since last 10yr.This time i bought two pcs. hitachi split model no:-(rau318htdd),on 13/03/13. I am satisfied with the performance of the a.c., but the biggest disappointment is the indoor unit blower making so much noise. I had to spend 36000/-for the split AC.It makes so much noise on LOW speed of the fan so you can imagine how it produces the noise on the HIGH speed.
I purchased a Hitachi 1.5ton split AC on 24-12-2012 model number RAU5 18ESD. It took a 45 days for your people to install that.
After that now i noticed that there was a water leakage from the indoor unit and called up customer care 35324848 and gave a complaint on 27-3-13 , complaint number is 13033101482. The customer care people said that the complaint would be attended in 48 hrs and again i called them back on 31-3-13 and they said it will be done in 24hrs..still there is no one to attend this complaint.
Is this how a brand like Hitachi cares for customers. Paying almost double for the AC when compared to other brands and getting this torture is not acceptable. A brand new AC worth 45000 is giving such problem in less than 2 months then what about if its 1 year older. I recommend people not to buy Hitachi…let it have a big name or quality …all we need is good service. Try other brands like BLUE STAR , LR , SAMSUNG, PANASONIC they are half the price of Hitachi and their service is quite good when compared to HITACHI.
The worst Service center i have ever seen. Initially during the 1st one year my service center was Chrompet. They never turn up on the given 48 hour dead line. Minimum of 3 weeks is required after requesting for a service of the AC.
Then the Service Center was changed to Vadapalani and they came once and were on time and good service
The day it crossed 1 year of buying an AC the center was changed to Valasaravakkam. They called me for AMC and i said let it take some time. Then on 27th March i registered for AMC with parts for 1 year. i called them at 6.55 pm and they came to my home at 7.20 pm to collect the Cheque to register for an AMC. but on Mar 30th i had an issue with the AC Water and Ice Cubes Splitting inside the room while using it. Hence we registered a complaint with the customer care on Mar 30th and they said including Sunday its takes 48 hrs for a technician to service the AC. Monday 1st April a Technician called and asked when i could come i said i am available only after 6 pm and he said he can come at 6 pm but never turned up. Day 2 on on 2nd April again i called them he said he forgot and will come today. Never turned up. again on 3rd April they called in the morning and said they will come by 6 never turned up when i called said i forget will come tomorrow for sure, Again on 4th April i called them at 4 tom confirm and 5 to reconfirm no one turned up and when i called the technician they said for sure i will come tomorrow and fix it.
Do they think we are comedians to collect money they can come in at any time, But to service the same customer they can’t come at all. Because the machine is in AMC they get no money out of it and they neglect it. This must be changed or no one should buy Hitachi AC henceforth.
I can mention the names of everyone here However i am giving them a chance to change themselves to service customer properly and i am not mentioning it. if this continues i may have to publish that also. in my next thread.

Vide Credit memo # CR/06111/3/2012-2013, I bought and paid for a 2 ton split Hitachi AC from dealer Sales Emporium (Garia), Kolkata on 12 March 2013. Though 30 days have passed, they have not delivered the m/c. The dealer says Hitachi is not supplying so they are helpless.

My air condition was install on18-04-2013 the wire used by the company was 1/18 .But it should be 2.5mm and multistage. I have made a complaint on same. But still to be addressed by anyone. How sad.
I have purchased 2 AC’s on 2nd June 2012 from Navrang Electronics delhi. Hitachi Air conditioner of 1.5T Window AC KAZE (RAW218KSD) is what I purchased. On 17th April, 2013 i put a request at the customer care centre for the first service for the two AC’s. They gave me the request number 13041702560 and informed me that the service guys will call me within 48 hours and then they will come for the service, but nobody called me and after four days i called again and still the same reply for waiting for service man. Till today after 8 days there is no proper response from the customer care centre. This is really disgusting that we have such a bad experience with this company. As we have two other AC’s of other companies but it was a great experience to deal with them.
I am trying to call up at hitachi customer care since 3rd April for servicing of my air conditioner. I have spoken to customer care thrice and every time i got excuse that the system is in updation mode, finally they lock the complaint on 14th April’ 2013. Today executive came for servicing stating that this would be paid service. My concern is why i have to pay servicing charges when i have called your customer care on 3rd April. Now i want servicing to be done within the warranty period.

My refrigerator is not working from past 5 days, I log a complain to your customer care number on 18th April 2013 @ 9.00 pm the person said your complain has been registered & the person will come in 8 working hrs but no one yet has come. Refrigerator is still under guarantee as your products are most durable and I have purchased two refrigerator at the same time and each of approx. 85000 and I don’t want that the company’s name spoils due to me . I have Small kids at home 1 yr & 3 yr old , If any thing happens to the kids then you know what could cause . I complained on my split Air conditioner vide model no.RAS517IRD (I CLEAN MODEL) dated 2nd of may 2013 and my complaint no. is 13050200616. On 3rd of May an engineer visited my residence and he said to me that my I clean mode is not working and the I clean Brush is damaged. After 5 days there is no response about the complaint. Daily i make at least minimum 10 calls to your customer care no. 35324848 about this matter. Delhi’s temperature is 41 degree and the customer care officers do not have an idea about this matter.
I am really very sorry to say that two years back, i purchased a window 1.5 ton, 5 star AC.. since than I am feeling why I have wasted my
money on buying this highly overpriced AC with the worst service support.
*Faulty Piece*
To start with when i purchased in Apr 2011, the brand new AC came without the coolant gas, when the technician came he told me there is no gas in the
AC, it has to be filled. Can somebody expect this kind of a problem in a brand new piece. This shows your sincerity and efforts to deliver world
class efforts.
Although the AC got changed with a new piece but can any one expect this kind of incident with Hitachi

times I managed to get a local number of Gurgaon and try coordinating with them, but no one came for the AC servicing.
On 9th May, I got a message that my Req No. *13042401027* has been closed in our system. Pls call our customer care if it has not been fully
addressed.
Without doing anything how can you close my service request, really shocking.
Again on 14 May I call up your customer care they generated a new request no. *13051401693* and promised me by evening some technician will definitely come to address my problem but again nobody came, neither no call i have received.
This is all I have to say. If you canot service the AC, please come and take off your piece free of cost.
I can buy other AC available in maket which are much cheaper than your good for nothing ACs.
Till date this is my worst experience with such a so called MNC

A complaint was lodged with the customer care for non-working of Split AC of 1.2 ton which was purchased on 07.05.2012, on 6.05.2013 and a complaint no 13050600307 was allotted. An engineer came and told that there I problem with gas and filled the gas and he went away.. But the same problem persists. On 7.05.2013 , customer care centre was contacted and they instead of referring the earlier complaint no, allotted another complaint number. An engineer again came and he said there is problem with motor. Till date i.e 16.05.2013, no body has turned up. If the customer care is contacted, they simply say that they have forwarded the complaint to service centre but no body turns up. If such a after sales service is offered by Hitachi, than I feel they should think of the future strategy. I am sorry for the sorry state of affairs. I would never recommend any one to buy Hitachi product. I now offer my AC for sale as scrap which is one year old.
I purchased one 1.5 Ton Hitachi Split A.C. from M/s.Vijay Sales, Dombivli (E), Maharashtra last week. From the installation onwards the A.C. is not working. I made complaints to the seller of the shop several times but no proper response. Two more engineer visited and inspected the A.C. but they did not find the defect in the A.C. In view of this, kindly replace the entire A.C. unit and install a new one in lieu of defective A.C. Even though I contacted the seller of the A.C. and their Customer care centre, till time they have not given proper reply i.e. saying the engineer will be inspecting the machine. Since your company’s name is popular one, I decided to purchase the said A.C. from M/s.Vijay Sales. Please treat the matter as URGENT and install a new A.C.
We purchased widow AC RAW 315 HFD from Chawla Electronics Sector 29, Faridabad in January 2013.The AC is not working form the date of installation. We have sent several complaints and many of your service agents came, saw and went . But still the AC is not working. Hope you know in Delhi the temperature is getting higher and higher. But we invested money in your Hitachi AC , which is not serving the purpose. Your authorised dealer Chawla electronics is highly irresponsible. He said he cannot do any thing. He is asking to give a police complaint against the company. But is there any other option to solve this problem.

This is to intimate you that I have Purchased 2 Ton Split AC –RAY221KRD Hitachi bearing S.No. 111B02441 (110B12181) from your Dealer M/s Raj Musico, Sadar-Bazar, Agra vide their I.No. 1506 dated 08.05.2011.
Couple of months later the problem of Icing started in the unit. Each time I complained the person came and said that it was due to “excess moisture”, “the temperature set should not exceed 21 degree”. “leakage problem”, “low gas” etc. They did that they could and twice I had to pay also. Since that day the unit hasn’t run for more than an hour in a single stretch.
For last 10 days continuously I have been complaining to the dealer, on Saturday 27/04/2013 a person came and looked into it and said their was blockage and he has cleared it and else all is ok. Half an hour after he left the unit chocked again. I called on his mobile and intimated him and also the dealer. Now whenever I call the technician he says he is coming but till date and time no one has come.
It seems a bit awkward, embarrassing and humiliating on part of a such a reputed company that 1 single issue cannot be resolved over a period of 2 years. How could you talk about complete consumer satisfaction, good quality and efficiency?
Worst customer care service. No one is bothered even to listen… I am feeling after purchasing Hitachi AC. Really bad!!!

Through Cooling merchant, Sinha market, Lucknow (Ph 9415029966 I had ordered cooling coil and condenser set for my window ac model 18CP12. It has been now over 2 months and yesterday we have learnt from Mr Ashish (ph 9335031674) that our cooling coil has arrived.
I had requested for COOLING COIL AND CONDENSER SET.
I am disgusted with your after sales services. It is obvious that Hitachi is only interested in selling new ACs and has no concern for customers suffering with their products.

Despite several complaints attended by the Hitachi service people, the problem of dripping water from our split AC could not be rectified. The complaints are attended very late despite promise of service people to visit in the next 24hrs. of the complaint. The attitude is callous.
Purchased Hitachi Split ac 1.2 ton on 9th May’13. At the time of installation m/c was not checked and swing motor was found faulty. With in few days service team replaced the Motors. After 10 days now, the indoor unit sensor stopped working. Is this the company Hitachi we call and know for the best product.. well i have paid the full amount for the split AC and i don’t want any repair.
I have also same feeling like you. Worst experience of my life after purchasing 1,2 summer cool window ac. There was motor problem and some ring was broken, so i insisted them to replace the ac. They bring a more noisier AC. After three days they ask me to put oil on the plastics. It is actually broken, and they dont care at all. It is worth Rs 30,000. What an experience. Hope someone is reading this.
Hitachi is the worst company to buy products in India. I purchased 1.2 ton capacity AC with all the feature, within 6 months its card got burned.. When I filed a complaint the first complaint was rectified in 15 days… soon after this the compressor has stopped working and i have filled complain since last 20 days and no has come so far… This is really pathetic service…
Worst mistake of my life
I had purchased a1.5 window AC on16-04-2011.Model No RAV418ERD Machine No 110C46532 from Ashwine Enterprises, Kanpur.On 14-07-2013 it stopped working with a bang sound showing digital display E9.Called up an engineer he said main Motor has gone and it needs replacement and this motor won.t be available in market till 20 days.Can u please confirm its availability and the person to be contact with its cost because different people are quoting different costs.

Worst company in service I ever faced in my life.
I had registered my complaint on 5th May 2014 and it is almost a month and no body has responded. I have called the customer care everyday. They promise, but no body comes up. Worst company ever.
I have a Hitachi Refrigerator with model number R-Z470END9KX. I have registered for the complaint (no.14053102739) on Saturday, 31st May 2014 and the person (+91742836****) ‘Krishan Pal’ came on 3-6-2014 (first call on 2-6-2014 given excuse we can’t come after 6). I have a problem with the service and the way of service they are giving. Unprofessional!
1) In the service center, no one is there to give service before 9 and after 6. What the hell is this? What will the office people do if no one is there at home to attend the service person.
2) The complaint found in my refrigerator is with ‘air ventilation’, which the person got to know after the first glance. He still has not opened the body. Because the problem did not exist. So he may not have needed. But after my husband told him many times, he opened it. But nothing is there to be checked. After that he asked for visiting charge which they have set [B][U]500[/U][/B] . And we had to give. But if nothing has been done. Just for his viewing they have charged this much.
Why don’t the customer care people give such support online/telephonic. They should listen to the problem first and before sending the service personnel they should rectify on their behalf or give assistance through the phone. Few things can be managed after sharing few knowledge. But if you want to rip off consumers, then there is no point.
At last I just want to say that a middle class family could not afford non-negotiable visiting charges. It should be avoided if no service is needed for the product. Many company do such things and they won’t take money if the problem does not exist. But with Hitachi, thats not the case. They charge too much.
Please do something for our rights.
