My son, Ali Rastegarpour, and his wife, Sara Gouranourimi, will be travelling from Chicago to Tehran, Iran, on Friday, Aug 26, 2011, on Etihad airways, flight 3022 (Chicago-Dublin), then flight 48, and last, flight 343. My son is a US citizen, his wife is an Iranian national holding a US green card. Their lay over in Dublin is over 12 hrs. Does Sara Gouranourimi, a US green card holder, need a transit visa for this trip? Thanking you in advance.

Hi I bought two tickets from my agent eithad ticket from Chicago to Pakistan. I received a call from my agent now that the flight has been cancelled. What should I do?
you can check if there is a rescheduled flight..or you can even claim for refund..
Hello,
I bought two tickets to go to India through the travel agent. I would like
to cancel the tickets as I won’t able to
fly on the scheduled date due to vacation problem at work. Please let me know how much I will lose by cancelling. If I change the dates, what are the charges for changing the flight dates.
I flew from Abu Dhabi to Chicago on the morning of Friday, July 18th on flight EY151. I checked one bag in Denpasar to go directly to Chicago. Unfortunately, once I arrived at O’Hare, I was told my bag didn’t make it on the flight and will be shipped to me via FedEx in one business day. Let me reiterate: I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE SHIPPED TO ME IN ONE BUSINESS DAY. Which means it should either have arrived Saturday morning, or even Monday morning, which has passed.
Now, where is it? Who the hell knows!
I was given a tracking code of ORDEY12732; the man at the counter assured me I would be able to track my luggage via this code on the website, and also gave me a phone number to contact in case I had any questions. They’re clever; they make it seem like the process to retrieving my bag will be seamless. ON THE DUCKING CONTRARY! First of all the website proved USELESS as each time I plug in my supposed tracking code all I get is, “Delayed Bag 1 Status: Tracing continues, check back later.” I have checked this stupid site countless times but each time the same message appears, evident that the files have yet to be updated and that no one gives a damn. Secondly, I tried calling the office number he provided (7736864092) four times. No one picked up. I left a message with all my information, and I haven’t heard back. I have TWEETED (good heavens) at EtihadHelp, and haven’t heard from them. Finally, after four days without my stuff, I called the 24 hour hotline. I was put on hold for 15 minutes until I got to speak to a human being. She listened to what had happened, told me she was contacting baggage claims herself in order to find out what happened, and took my phone number for reference, saying I should hear from them soon. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING SO FAR and CANNOT understand why this is the case. It’s as if nothing happened! I can’t believe it!
My ultimate frustration derives from the fact that I have not yet been contacted ONCE by Etihad about the whereabouts of my luggage, and that rather, all painstaking attempts to retrieve what is partially THEIR responsibility has been from my end. It has been five days: three business day and two weekend days. If they couldn’t deliver it to me by the next day, it’s fine. WHY CAN’T THEY JUST LET ME KNOW? Please don’t leave me hanging; is this an unreasonable request? OR, make sure that the contact information you left me prove to be useful.
I am astounded that such an esteemed name in the airline business has such poor customer service and communication skills. I will never, ever, ever fly Etihad again.
I purchased ticket#607212455640 in June 2017 to fly on july 17 from Bangkok to Philadelphia. The ticket was not honored in Bangkok by Etihad because the nos.on by Pricelinerewardsvisa were different. Prior to my flight date Priceline issued me a replacement card with a different No. I had to purchase another passanger receipt No. 35393422. Please credit my credit card with the amount paid for the first ticket.
I was wondering if you can help me. I bought air tickets for my sister and her husband using my personal credit card.
I am concerned that they will NOT be able to board the flight as the fare was paid on their behalf and as such they will NOT have the credit card used to purchase the ticket on hand when they go to the airport. It seems like your airline WILL require the card to be on hand and I live in NYC so it is not possible for me to give it to them (they are in the Philippines).
How do I fix this situation? I tried calling your number in NYC but it just goes to an automated message and menu of answers – not very useful as there is no live person to speak to.
Please advise ASAP as they leave in a week.
Sincerely,
