I need your urgent assistance to route my luggage which was checked in from Entebbe on Saturday 15 August to Paris, instead of Bogota my final destination. The luggage Which is a red soft cover suitcase has the Tag Number EK 358892. I left Entebbe aboard flight EK 730 to Dubai, and connected from Dubai to Paris on flight EK 071 on 16 August arriving in Paris at 09.30 am. I then connected to Bogota with Air France on Flight AF 0422 but without my Luggage. Because the time was too short for connecting, I left my Luggage in Paris. I will leave Bogota for Mexico on Saturday 22 August with Flight 4O 2931 and leave Mexico on 29 August for Paris on Flight AF 439 and from Paris to Dubai on 29 August at 21:50 hours on EK 76 and finally Dubai to Entebbe on 30 August with Flight EK 729.
Please confirm in your system these details but above all forward my suitcase to Bogota on the next Air France flight before Friday 21 August or let me know how I can get it. My sister in law is booked at Emirates airline going back home to Jakarta. She lost her passport in Paris. All she have is a photocopy of her passport and visa. What she needs to do? she is scheduled to fly back tomorrow. Office is not open because its a sunday, so she cant go embassy.
