I am writing in regards to baggage that was lost/delayed during my journey from Orlando to Mumbai. We had 4 checked-in bags total and received only 3 bags at arrival. This was 5 days ago and I have still no update. I call everyday and get different answers or just ” we will contact you shortly” and never hear back. I was very patient initially because I understand that these things require some time but now it’s very annoying and inconvenient. It’s the first time that I am travelling with emirates and this is not pleasant
Good day. I would like to take this opportunity in showing appreciation and would like emirates to recognise an employee by the name of Mr Amit Gaikwad (Mumbai offices). My mother passed on and I had to make changes on a few occassions to my return flight from South Africa to Dammam Saudi Arabia. He assisted me with a kind hearted approach, calm and understanding. The process took some time to complete due to the nature and difficulty of the case at hand, which was dealt with in a professional manner. Thank you again to Mr Gaikwad and Emirates. Keep it up.
Kind Regards
Craig Vaughan

I am a resident of dubai and need tourist visas for my parents for stay upto 90 days. please let me know the cost if i want to apply it in india
I am travelling to Dubai on a tourist visa. By mistake surname on visa is written as ‘Agrawal’ instead of ‘Agarawal’. Other data is perfect. Should I proceed with my flight on Jan 7, 2012?
it would be best if you can call the embassy and the airline once to check if you would be stopped..
Hello, unfortunately I lost my mobile phone in transit with Emirates in Business Class from Birmingham (UK) to Mumbai earlier this week.
It is a fairly simple (not Smart phone) Nokia, of silver colour.
I would appreciate it if you could pls check to see if I left it on either aircraft (flight details below)or in the Limousine provided by Emirates in Mumbai (I last remember having it in B’ham Airport Emirates lounge-could be there?).
Thank you and regards
