I complained about our flight EK040 20/3/ 2013 from Birmingham to Dubai that was delayed due to landing by Air Traffic Control in Dubai. This caused us to miss the connecting flight to Sydney. The staff at Dubai airport offered no support to any of the passengers, really didn’t care what happened to us !!!! There was no Hotel room allocated which left us to spend 10 hrs in the Airport overnight. Lost our first night accommodation in Sydney which was £107.
Our return flight home from Dubai to Birmingham EK037 18/4/2013 was met with NO seat OVERBOOKED. What is going on with your Airline? We can’t tell you how disappointed we are.
