I know you guys won’t read this. I’m writing this comment with feeling upset about the costumer service in Kuwait. I’m trying to reach anyone to ask some questions and to upgrade my ticket, no body answered the phone and I was on hold for about one hour listening to the Ads which made me nervous. I’m very sorry.

    Best regards,

I will be flying next week for kuwait-dubai-philippines. When I was booking the ticket I did not notice that I will be having a transit of 20 hours in dubai phew! Curious and want to know if I will be given a transit visa just to go out of the airport and spend atleast 15 hours for touring? I am a filipina nurse who’s been working here in kuwait for more than 5years now. I did read about AGCC residents/expats likethis:

96 hours Visa for Transit Passengers
Transit passengers stopping at Dubai International Airport for a minimum of 8 hours and meeting the certain conditions mentioned below are eligible for obtaining a 96-hour transit visa. These conditions are as follow:

Airlines sponsored only (prior arrangements maybe required)
Applications should have confirmed onward booking to the 3rd destination
For transit passengers or those holding special permits, or for visit or mission, the passport or the document must be valid for at least three months

    can i avail this?

    thank you

On 30 May while returning back from Delhi I found the trolley system of my hard case samsonite suitcase broken. I went to NAS but they refused to register the complaint. Please advise.
