I tried booking online on 28.04.2017 evening for Kuala Lumpur-London return flight for 2 pax but the payment didn’t go through and transaction was incomplete. Though I had a I had a booking reference, I did not receive any confirmation or ticket no.
I checked my booking and my credit card status the next two days and found no change in status and no charges to my credit card.
Meanwhile, I made reservations on another airline and received confirmation immediately.
Today, to my surprise I discovered charges to my credit card. So I called the credit card call centre who advised me to request Emirates to reverse the charges.
I was on the phone with Emirates customer service to request for the charges to be reversed. After about an hour of clarifications this was not resolved. I am advised to call back in two hours. After the call, I discovered Emirates have emailed me the booking confirmation and itinerary while I was on the phone earlier. Naturally I was very surprised and unhappy. I already have seats on another airline and Emirates should just cancel the booking and reverse the charges.
Yes, communication in English with the Customer Service was quite challenging.
I hope Emirates will look into this. I’d like to fly Emirates at another opportunity and hope this will end positively.
I made a hold my booking option two days ago and i wanted to pay today. Much to my dismay i am being charged over MYR400 for seat selection. I made a call to customer service yesterday and they failed to inform me about this new policy which became effective today. I would have just made the payment yesterday. Because of your POOR service level, i need to bear the consequences! I hope you will do something about this asap!
Our guest flying via First Class and we have made payment as per your request. We have email 3 times to your airline but till today we have not receive any feedback from your end. Now we are claiming back our USD 22,000 ++ from your airline but your call centre staffs in India unable to communicate properly.
We are trying to lodge a report to Emirates CEO on this matter and might proceed the complaint to both local and international press on this matter

I called KL Customer Care @ 0362074999 on the 29th June & 1st July. Total hours 1h59mins58sec. I was charged Rm103.50. What concern me is that my calls were redirected to your office in India. Malaysian local rate is Rm0.04 per min. It’s unfair if customer were charged international rate because Emirates doing their ” outsource” in India. Why should I pay for your expense. If I dialed Kuala Lumpur Office I should have been charged accordingly. Do come back to me regarding this. This is completely unacceptable,mislead and unfair to consumers. Thanks

REQUEST FOR CRITERIA INVOLVED IN CHANGE OF FLIGHT DATE BEYOND A YEAR
I wish to notify you of my intention to change my flight from 16/06/2012 to 28/07/2012.
I left Nigeria on Saturday, June 18, 2011 and I am to leave Malaysia on Saturday, June 16, 2012 based on my return ticket (kindly check the attached itinerary). However, there would be need for me to leave Malaysia on Saturday, July 28, 2012 in order to tidy up my academic and research activities. Kindly let me know the criteria involved to effect the change.

I would like to travel to Glasgow (UK) by 19 Sept 2012 and return on 30 Sept 2012. Require tickets for 5 adult persons. Through online booking the rate for air ticket is about RM22,600.00. However, sadly the booking can be done only through credit card.

My husband & I will be travelling business class to Dubai on 1.1.12. I would like to request for special invitation/permission to allow us to bring our son who will be travelling on economy class on the same date in the Emirates lounge. The transist between to catch our flight to our destination in 6 hours outgoing and 7 hours incoming. Is that possible?
