    I have tried repeatedly to either phone or email Emitates UK and Glasgow Airport. This seems to be impossible. The telephone numbers are not connected to people. A recorded message informs me that they are too busy to answer the telephone. Glasgow airport has a lost and found department, they have a computer driven form which does not recognise a Kindle(?)so refuses to accept the form. My details are in a previous email on this page. Please let me know whether my kindle has been found or not.

    I would like to send the biggest of thank to your team at Glasgow Airport. My family and I were faced with a very difficult situation and your team were absolutely amazing. Linda White was the supervisor that evening. Not only did she find out every way she could assist us she contacted imigration with the help of the vice president of Emirates. She was calm and very professional and I appreciated her honesty on our situation. Once we resolved our issue not only had Linda spoken to her team she faxed and spoke to emigration in South Africa to ensure my daughter’s safe travel. She was treated like a princess all the way there and you also kept her connecting flight back or she would have had to stay overnight. My daughter was put in business class and was never left unattended until her safe arrival. There was a delay on the initial flight and they kept me updated every hour. I also spoke with my daughter. What was a very traumatic time it turned out to be a wonderful experience for my daughter. Emirates customer service is first class and I cannot thank you all enough.

    I was due to travel on 05Feb ex GLA. However I had just been to my father’s funeral and omitted to review my e-ticket correctly prior travel. Therefore I turned up for the wrong flight.

    I wish to convery my sincere thanks for the assistance received from the airport staff at Glasgow for their help to contact QF (codeshare flight) to change over the ticket and help me in a very distressing situation.

    Dear sir/Madam, I have been traveling in your airlines for the last 3 years. On 5/12/2011, i was coming from Glasgow to Kolkata, India via Dubai at 1.50 PM. i was not allowed to carry with me my black colour red-bordered carry bag having trolley due to overweight, for that i was asked to pay sterling Pound 100, which was not in a position to pay at that moment. As i was having some precious materials in the bag i had requested the on-duty officials to return the bag to one of my friend who came from Glasgow to drop me at the airport. After I reached Glasgow (from Kolkata via Dubai thru your airline only), i was surprised to note that the bag held at the airport on 5/12/2011 was neither handed over to my friend or returned to me. i would therefore request you to pls let me know how to get my bag which i believe should remain in unclaimed baggage. As i am a regular passenger of yours i hope would you would at least inform me in my email address regarding the procedure of getting back my luggage or any email address or telephone nos. so that i can communicate with the proper forum. Thanks a lot and expecting an early reply/action from your end in this regard.
