I applied online yesterday at 19:30 and was told to pay and collect my ticket tomorrow before 19:30 but your offices are closed on Sunday. Can I come pick it tomorrow or am I to book again.
Thank you
Please can I get a entry visa to Dubai on arrival for 3 days holiday visit? I have a confirmed hotel booking already.
I would like to know how much do you charge extra luggage per kilo Moscow to Dar es Salaam
Hello,
I totally understand that airline industry /staff work under pressure as time is always a constraint and things need to be done, but please , mend the attitude of your front desk .
I called there about 10 minutes ago ( today 02 October 2012, at 15.58pm) only to be hanged online for almost 4 minutes, which I obliged without any complaint – remember , it is me who called, so the waiting is on my bucks!
Then upon resuming, the lady was so rude, no courtesy at all, no tact whatsoever; acting in a manner that portrays someone who has been disturbed and forgetting that I was held on that line for good 4 minutes with her sporadically telling me that ‘ subiri, kuna kitu naposti’. If she was posting something online, and was not ready for my or any call for that matter, why pick the phone and act weird?
I even asked her that, why are you so rude? You ain’t listening and is as if you are barking at me. I had to hang off the phone as I could not take it any more.
Please, let your people try to cultivate a culture of courtesy and a sense of ‘being nice’ to customers even when we do not see them physically , unless you feel that you have saturated the market.
So sincerely
Nam
