Hello there,
I booked a ticket this morning for a flight tomorrow 28th April departing Brisbane to Auckland New Zealand put all deatails in and have had no confirmation back.
I am at the internet cafe shall be waiting for reply.
Thanks Thomas
We have booked and paid for two business class flights from Brisbane/singapore/Athens/Dubai/Brisbane and have been informed that Emirates do not offer airport transfers for Athens or the Gold Coast, we are bitterly disappointed that this service is not available especially in Business class, this was the main reason we booked Business class and we feel that it is an extra expense that should be included in our fares. Dear Diana,
Dint you check the terms before booking the time. Emirates is one of the best airline in the world and it always informs prior if any charges are levied or if its free..

Hi, I have tried calling the Brisbane number several times and it keeps switching to a fax….I was on the Emirates website about to book a ticket….I entered in one passenger to get an idea of prices and when I was happy with the flight and price I went on to book for 3 adults and the price suddenly became A$270 dearer per ticket so I went back to the single ticket again just to check prices hadn’t increased and it was still at the same cheaper price. Why is it A$800 more expensive to book 3 tickets than booking one single ticket? Thanks, Michelle
I have booked a ticket for my husband to fly home and then can’t pay online because it that countries policy…so “OK” on to the next part…he then flew from Port Harcourt to Lagos to pay at the Emirates office and was told they won’t accept an international c/c even though he is the c/c holder with passport id verification….I then rang the Brisbane office again only to be told he should pay cash……all he could get out of the bank was 40,000 Naira and even to do this it is not safe to be walking around with that kind of cash so now he has all this cash and no way to pay for the ticket cause he needs a lot more than 40,000 Naira…………so much for flying with the very best of the best……..what company doesn’t want to take your money??? More than unhappy and pissed off !!!
