My parcel was supposed to reach today and there was a request made to deliver it before ^p.M. since i have a flight to catch. The respondent was very rude and straight away said that it cannot be and it was a tatkal parcel for which i have paid 1000 rupees. Now i have a flight and this is not acceptable. please look into it and get my parcel delivered on urgent basis.
