Dear Sir or Ma’am, I see you are pushing 4K tv’s quite bit for Vizio. I have 3D 43 inch Vizio that uses active 3D Blue ray player ( that you CAN’T UPDATE!!!!!), I LOVE this TV and 3D experience. I also have 37 inch Vizio in my bedroom, it’s great TV!!! OK, here’s my point, I am not going to update my Tv’s until you have a great 3D 4K Vizio TV with all the apps, and and 3D 4K Blue ray player that can be UPDATED, YES UPDATED, not falling for this again!!! Guess what, I also have $200.00 sound bar that doesn’t work!
I am saying this to your execs, and engineers, you build what I want with quality, or I just go buy Samsung products!!!
I love my 37 inch Vizio, but I getting to where I have turn it off then turn it back on to get a picture, quite offend.
My 43 inch is very great, but the 3D blur ray player (active 3D) DOESN’T Work! I have a lot of 3D movies I Can’t watch. OK, here in oklahoma at Walmart, 3D movies run $25.00 to $30.00, I have a big collection!!! I have South Bar that does not work.
To the execs and engineers, build 3D 4K stuff that works, I might upgrade to a new Vizio products… or Samsung might beat you to it. Also, this letter might hurt your feelings, but it’s a honest assessment of upgrading TV’S, it money doesn’t COME EASY!!!
