    I tried calling United airlines phone number while in New Delhi India to confirm my ticket details booked from Canada but really disappointed, the message i got consistently was that the line is busy or it kept getting disconnected or bell keep ringing.
    I called more than 20 times to Delhi office and Gurgaon office even I went to the Airport and waited 4 hours at the counter in the night time but no one showed up even at the counter. I still need help in booking my return ticket. Hoping to get a response from somebody.
    Disappointed customer.

    As a partner airline I want to bring to your notice the attitude of your handling agent of bwfs Mr pawan.we have to work together to achieve the same goal of customer satisfaction.
    Yesterday night we were told that our ahmedabad flight ai011 was deleted and this led to misonnection of united passengers to Newark.
    One passenger got in touch with us at the check in counters and we advised them to contact our ticketing counter at gate 1. Sometime later two bwfs boys came and asked us to take care if the misconnections. They were advised the same thing as these issues could only be handled either at the ticketing point or by them.the boys kept trying to pass the buck and were in a hurry to go home and leave the passengers at our counters.
    A little later a gold card business class uniee passenger was brought to our ai 127 counter some 50/minutes before departure.Despite the flight being closed I agreed to accept the baggage.Mr pawan a handling agent manager was very rude and kept questioning me and telling me to take care of the bags.I told him to contact my handling agent manager as all these these issues could be take care by his staff .he kept asking me the purpose of my being here and insisted I had to do all the above.he was downright rude and patronizing..In all this the passenger was being ignored and I immediately told him to step aside as I didn’t want to talk to him. I advised my staff to.immediately check the passenger in despite it being now d-40hrs to departure.even then when I told the UA handlers to take care of the tagging they kept saying that they couldn’t.Kindly note that united also wants bags to be handed over to them at counters in such transfers .
    I agreed to the their tagging it in last the guy agreed and I had the passenger escorted.
    In all this I want to bring to your notice that we have avtear relationship with the direct united airline staff who are all exvellent officers but it’s people like this gentleman who try to spoil the relationship between us.
    Also these things are never ha fled at counter and all reiasurance is done at the ticketing counters.united handlers when contacted for.similar problems advise the passengers to contact the call centers.
    All this bad attitude spoils the purpose of star alliance partnership and gives a impression to passengers.
    Kiny advise your handler and specially this officer that we air Indians have put in more than 28/years of service and deserve the respect of the youngsters .

    I travelled from Newark (USA) to Munich (Germany) on 29 Aug. 2012 by your flight UA 106.

    I have travelled from MINNEAPOLIS – DELHI – MUMBAI – MINNEAPOLIS with United airlines confirmation No.RKWRFK. The miles for my trip has not been added to my account. Kindly do the same asap.
