Why is it that IT companies are impossible to contact. You have a phone number for South Africa that doesn’t work. I want to cancel my subscription to Norton and get a refund for the payment that went through last night to my wife’s credit card. I wonder how long it’s going to take you to contact me?
my norton antivirus cant detect cookies, they make my comp slow. is there a way it can be deteced so less harm is caused? please assist since i’m tired of every day scanning for cookies and trojans.

When I turn my computer on, a green dot appears next to norton symbol on bottom taskbar then turns red. Disappears when I touch it with the cursor arrow. What does it mean? Regards, Bruce
