snapdealSnapDeal was founded by Kunal Bahl and Rohit Bansal in the year 2010. It is today a leading Indian online discount coupon provider for products and services ranging from restaurants, mobile phones, electronics, watches, travel, apparel, among others.     I ordered a vibrant red jacket on 20/05/2014. But due to misplacing of my order bearing order no. 2130955710, it has not reached to me. In the = information message of snapdeal, you had texted me saying you will refund my money within 48 hours but till now money has not been refunded into my account. Thank you

    The services of Snapdeal has been found extremely poor. In spite of my repeated complaints and repeated assurances of Snapdeal, i have not received refund of my cancelled order no. 799066996 dated 25.11.2012 for rs. 588 so far. I am not understanding the customer service of Snapdeal. Their customer care team is totally careless & useless.

    I recently purchased devante 7 tab which is unfortunately not working at all. I have written several mails but no response. This makes me believe Snapdeal has poor customer support and products offered are worth not buying. I dont recommend this company to anyone.

    My experience with snapdeal was very bad…the quality of the service is very poor and I will never buy any product from snapdeal. I will now exchange my USB purchase I did. Completely unhappy!

    Pathetic services, misleading advertisements that are not scrutinized before publishing, merchants don’t honour commitments as per coupon details, and much more.

    above all, snapdeal’s standard customer service reply ” Thank you for your revert. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.’ the service function don’t understand the basics and take an easier route – repay your money not in cash but in SD cash that forces you to secure another deal even if you don’t need one.

    Snapdeal sells defective products, they are just cheating people by showing trendy photos on every product which are very extravagant in look but are pathetic and i am not at all satisfied with the company and the most important issue is that they don’t even give the bill of the particular product. Dont buy anything from this site. BEWARE!! Had the worst experience. I will never buy anything from SNAPDEAL!! The company is going down in next 2 years.

    Snapdeal services initially was good.. with my recent experience Order Id: 318202781 Yes Bluetooth Head Set.. I have paid Rs.425/- Got a defective product via Blue Dart. On requesting Snapdeal for replacement, they have arranged for reverse pick up after 12 days. Now I did not get a refund of my Money or the product.. After repeated mails.. I have got Rs.100 refund.. Who will pay me Balance Rs.325/- .. Neither I got my Money nor a working product.. Why I should be a looser purchasing with snap deal.. CAN YOU PLEASE respond by email / refund the money / deliver a replacement product ??

    This would be the last time I would ever order at Snapdeal. I had a better
    experience making an ecommerce order with Zovi that delivered on time,
    quality product and nice packing. The T-shirt I ordered (#303003330) is of
    pathetic quality, poorly packed with dirt all around and delivered close to
    20 days after the order being made. Neither you have style, nor quality nor
    speed. Thanks for the last and final order of mine with Snapdeal.

    A similar experience to that of vikram. very poor customer support and the quality of service is bad. why would i want to spend 10,000 on a mobile in the so-hyped term of ‘deal’ when i can get the same with best quality at chor market down my home. for example the travel deals they are so marketing on their website doest not in real cost that much. in reality when a holiday to kashmir will cost 15k, they say it costs 20k but since we are giving 40% discount, you get it lesser, but what is happening is you are actually paying the same amount. very smart lol

    Initially my experience with snapdeal was very good, but slowly the quality of service has stooped to the lowest level. I ordered a gift for my sister’s birthday and the product arrives 20 days after the birthday. I call them and they are like, we will check that for you. They could not have been more pathetic. It looks like they are having more revenue and customer service no longer matters. Let us see how far they go. Disgruntled consumers like me will never again make purchases with them.
