    I am leaving Beijing after two years to Singapore, travelling business class. I will have excess luggage which will be of 30 kilos. Would you advise me how much I will be allowed or charged.

    I have an issue regarding the booking confirmation on Singapore airline for my 2 Guests that they suppose to travel on 7 Jan 2012 from Beijing to Singapore. I did the online booking and i have received the Booking confirmation the details as below.

    When both of my guest tried to check in at the counter SQ staff told them that their name were not in the list and my guest had to pay double for the flight ticket that day. We want SQ to give us the explanation on the above issue. Hope to hear from you soon.
