When I called customer service because my tablet would not charge I was told to ship it to New Jersey to get a replacement. One month later they sent the same one back with no paperwork regarding the repair and it still would not charge. When I called to find out why -I was told that you had no record of what the repair shop does and products are always sent back with no paperwork explaining what was done. You wanted me to send it back again and you would email me a label to print – how could I do this when my tablet did not work?
I asked to speak with a Customer Service Manager and he did not like it when I told him that this situation was unacceptable and bad business practice – he hung up on me!
Your products and customer service are a JOKE. I am telling everyone I know about this situation and tell them to not buy Polaroid.
I have recently purchased a Polaroid Ix2020 full HD 1080P camcorder videos recorded will not play back on my new Technika full HD TV, reason given is resolution not supported can you please help with this problem.

I have a waterproof camera I bought 2 weeks ago that is horrible. The pictures that I took on vacation with my memory card was ruined with your camera. What makes it worst that of all the phone I have tried I can’t talk to a person. Either they have been discounted or you hang up on me.

If you are reading this you have phoned Adsa, Polaroid customer care demanding an explanation why the television you have spent hundreds on has developed a fault suddenly. With only to be brought to the conclusion that it’s not in warranty. My situation is as follows.
Exactly one month after the warranty expired the television won’t turn on. My parents used it only for a few hours a night if that over the course of a year. I connected my games console and within two weeks has developed this fault. This makes me believe the television to be limited in performance and simply should not be sold at a price where other comparable products would have a better life span and out perform.
This rant is to make consumers aware of how disheartened and let down by a company that prides it’s self in a rich heritage of quality and innovation. Hopefully this can help anyone in the same boat have closure.
Safe to say I not be purchasing future products.
Brought a iE826 camera 14 months ago the battery is u/s tried everywhere on web and shops and your customer support to buy a replacement. But still can`t get one. yet you are till selling this model if it is a throw away camera you should state that at point of sale the battery is a ZK01 from china. If you can`t surply the parts after sales you should stop cheating the public

Can you tell me where I can get one as I cannot afford to buy another camera and feel that your after care support is disgusting as I was given a phone No which was for the USA, WHY should I ring there when I bought camera in UK HELP PLEASE

I have recently Purchased a Polaroid P32D100 television but there was no wifi dongle supplied. Can this television connect to the internet as it seems to imply on the manual supplied. If it can, where can I purchase a dongle?
Bought a Polaroid T.V from asda Edmonton for our son xmas 2014. Used for about 1-2 hours a day till recently when we bought him a xbox. Xmas 2015. 1st week in February 2016. The tv stopped working. No help from asda. Was told by customer service staff it is a cheap product. Store manager was rude in his demeanour was interested and passed my query to a junior manager. Have made a complaint. Contacted Polaroid customer service. Left message still no reply 2 days later. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

I bought a Polaroid iD1880 Camcorder just over a year ago, when returning from a Cruise in late December 2015, all the videos I took played back well on the TV, however would not load onto the PC at all and they appear to have disappeared altogether. When I since have tried to turn it on and use it, it simply does not work correctly at all! The shop I bought it from asked me to contact you, which I have done on several occassions. I just want my camcorder to work and my videos rescued. I cannot get a manual anywhere either! I still have not heard back from any of my emails / letters / phone calls and am getting extremely frustrated. Is there a dealer that would repair it for me free of charge or can you help please? I feel that I should not have to pay for repairs and surely the shop I bought it from should replace it, as it was still within its years warranty when it went wrong (December 2015). That is how long I have been trying to get a reply from you. Please reply soon before I blow a gasket! All the phone numbers to Polaroid seem abroad and not in the UK!
I bought a 40inch led T.V just over a year ago have had no problems and then I switched on the T.V there was sound but no picture,I contacted Asda but they said that I had to contact Polaroid, I don’t have the receipt but have noticed that there has been a lot of reports of Polaroid T.V s stop working just after a year old, if you knew that there was a fault with the T.Vs,then I think you should refund the money.

I purchased a 32″ TV from Asda in Hereford, I am now having trouble with the Remote control, No:- 4 button does not function, and the UP – DOWN Volume does not work also. I tried new batteries several times. I then decided to return the item to get it replaced the sales girl was very unhelpful, I was told to ring this number for help. It was a waste of time. SO I am looking to you to rectify this situation. the purchase is only 3 Months old. If I don’t get a satisfactory outcome on this I will return the whole lot for a refund. If this doesn’t work I will spread the complete TV across the premises floor.
I have one of your tablets and the charger has failed for the second time I will return the charger to the shop I bought it from and hopefully get replacement but it seems. that you have a problem

I purchased a Polaroid 15.6 ins HD ready TV for my motorhome last year,unfortunately I lost the power lead and plug .i rang Asda customer services and they said the lead & plug is not available,that is disgusting service I’ve only had it a year I will never buy polaroid again
I have had my TV for 22 months, it’s been absolutely perfect and I’ve never had one problem with it. I use my TV often but travel to uni and can stay away for a week at times so it is not in use during this time. I have came home today and switched on my TV and it won’t work. No sound or visual aspects work, however the buttons are bleeping when pressed on the side. After about 10 minutes of attempting restarting the TV a smell of burning plastic came. I’m extremely worried so it’s off and unplugged. Can you help me this is very disappointing as its relatively still new.
