I had a bad experience at pizza hut delivery service last Nov. 18,2016. I called at your store located at Graceland Bulacan State University Malolos City Bulacan. And ordered the triple treat box and family slinger. At 1st the lady who answered me doesn’t know how to listen, she keeps on asking the same question and just transferred my call to a guy. The food was delivered on time. But the pasta was cold and as if it was been reheated only and not freshly cooked When we are about to finish eating I asked my brother to serve the slinger and that was the time that he told me that there is no slinger that had been delivered. I again sent a message to the store and told them that they did not deliver the slinger and that the pasta is not well cooked. I had sent multiple text messages before I received a message stating that they will replace the past and deliver the slinger. I told them not to replace the pasta since I gave it to our dog already I told them to just deliver my order that they forgot to deliver. After less that an hour. The slinger was delivered with the pasta. Upon opening I noticed that again in was not properly cooked it was small pieces of potato as if it was just left overs on the packaging and they just cooked and delivered it just say that they dis their part, it lacks the taste of a slinger even a taste of saltines there is none… I decided to complain the following day and that was yesterday nov. 19, 2016. Since I have work yesterday, I arrived there at the store around 6pm with the slinger. I ask a crew if I can have a word with her manager. She asked me why I told her it’s about the slinger that I ordered yesterday and showed it to her good thing that time she will be serving a slinger to a customer. I told her that’s what a good slinger look like and I asked her to check what they have delivered to me… She told me to wait for a while, for the manager was assembling the pizza and I did…
I waited around 15 mins and keep on looking at the counter and at the manager. Then the lady told him that I want to talk to him and told him that I have a complaint about the slinger I heard him answered ” I can’t coZ im stationed here.” Then after a while a man approached me wearing a red uniform and written on the upper left corner of the polo jacket delivery introduced himself as manager and asked what my concern was. I told him the whole story. I even ask if the slinger is really like that he said not I answered definitely coz it’s my favorite I know the color and the taste of it. He said sorry And he said that it was a lesson learned for them. He then asked what they can do just to make it up on me. I just said nothing. I went there with a good intention of not making a scene or ask them to replace it, but just for them to know their responsibilities on serving quality food to costumers and maybe a little sorry from the manager will do. But since the manager did not entertain me, I told them that I will just report it to the main branch. And hoping this time I could hear a response and you can make necessary actions on this.
