To enroll to the OnePass frequent flier program click here. Members can earn miles on flights, hotels, car rental companies, credit/debit card companies, cruises, shopping and gift partners. Points can be redeemed to more than 500 travel destinations worldwide. Members can also earn miles and points that qualify for special Elite status benefits that has complimentary upgrades, mileage bonuses, special reward privileges and priority check-in / boarding.

OnePass is Continental’s frequent flyer program which enables members earn miles on flights, hotels and partners. Reward points can be earned for travel on flights operated by Continental Airlines, Continental Express, and Continental Connection. Members also get Elite qualification based on fare class. The levels include Silver Elite, Gold Elite and Platinum Elite. To ensure proper mileage credit, members must provide OnePass account number when making flight, hotel or car rental reservations.
OnePass members can also earn miles while travelling through partner airlines that include Air Canada, Air China, ANA, Austrian Airlines, bmi, EgyptAir, Lufthansa, SAS, South African Airways, Swiss, TAM Portugal, Thai, Turkish Airlines, Virgin Atlantic, United and US Airways. Hotel partners include aloft, AmeriSuites, Clarion, Cambria Suites, Country Inns, Courtyard, Crowne Plaza, Doubletree, Four Points by Sheraton, Hilton Hotels, Hampton Inn, Hyatt, Marriott, Ramada, Radisson, Shangri-La, Sheraton, Wyndham and Taj. Members can further earn points by renting car through Alamo, Avis, Budget, Hertz, National, Sixt, and Thrifty.
For missing mileage credit requests for flights on alliance partners email a scanned copy of ticket receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you dint know, those having elite status can enjoy a range of benefits that include instant upgrades, priority phone line and check-in, priority check-in, priority boarding privileges, lounge access, complimentary checked baggage allowance, priority reward waitlisting, and more.
After accruing miles, OnePass members can use same for holidays, book hotel stays or car rentals, request for upgrade to First Class, Business Class or BusinessFirst. Miles can also be transferred between OnePass accounts online.
