Hi i made a booking on 8th february for 7 nights at flamingo hotel las vegas from 10th november til 17th november 2017 booking ref 4X4323 through Zenhotels my reciept paperwork stated fully paid as per figures quoted on your website at the time of booking 7 night stay the flamingo have now informed me that they have not received full payment only a deposit at time of booking Can you please action this ASAP as my stay ends tomorrow and this needs to be sorted thanks for your assistance
