I have sent an email and received no reply. I want a full refund for two pairs of shoes I purchased under the above Order No. They are nothing like what is displayed in your advertisement, they look like the $7.99 shoes I once purchased in Bali which were cheap and so so nasty. I did not expect this from shoes supposedly costing $119 each. This is false advertisement as also described as Orthopedic shoes, what for a duck.
I paid for items I never received from zalando. I have ordered from tour disgusting company only 3 times, and out of those three times, 2 times I have not received my order. Your company is a joke. I was not offered compensation, i was not treated with respect by your crappy customer service workers and i would never in my lifetime give you even one more euro. You are a pathetic, evil, unprofessional clown of a company. You have no honor, no respect and no business existing.

Have bought twice clothing on Zalando online shop in your Finnish website. The problem in both times in your website is: After paying the ordered product it takes about 20 minutes to succeed loging out. The “button” log out just flashes one second when pressing it,so it is quite impossible to logout from my account. Today I had to press with both hands, first account and in the same time logout. It really took 20 minutes but I finally succeeded. Please correct this problem in your sites. I’m an experienced computer user for about 30 years, but your online shopping system is not good for Windows users. Is it possible to make it easier for us as in Finland there are thousands of users of Windows based Computer? I personally am worried about the security due to this problem and afraid of log in to your online shop any more.
Hi, i made a purchase yesterday from zalando.de , the amount 246,35€ was deducted, i received a confirmation sms from my bank that this amount was deducted for zalando.de . The problem is when i finished the transaction i didn’t receive a Bestellungen number from your side to confirm the purchase & to help me track it. My nee order doesn’t even show in my account on your website. Please confirm the purchase & share the Bestellungen number . Thanks
