    Words cannot describe how badly you suck. I have tried to pay you for days. You announced that I need to reset my password, but the customer support page/MyExede is not reachable. I called on the phone and changed my card #, the computer said hat I have a zero balance and a due date of, what sounded like “NOW!” but it wouldn’t let me pay and hung up on me when I asked for technical support after asking to pay my bill about 4 times and asking for a representative, I thought that I might get a human if I asked for tech support…NOPE!. Get my internet turned back on or come and get your gear and frankly, I am beyond caring either way. BTW, I am using my phone as a hotspot. I get 12 gigs of data with the phone, and it’s a good thing that I have a way to reach you besides your own dismally unreliable link. YOUR COMPUTER SUCKS and your customer care/billing sucks.
