I just took off my shoes and my feet, socks, hands are turquoise. Why is the dye running off your shoes? This happens to my Red Vans also. Is your dye safe? I am concerned of any issues with dye? It takes 3 to 4 days for this dye to come off!
So, I work in the entertainment industry. I do production for live events and vans Is my shoe of choice. When I heard of the made for makers , I was hype !!! I bought a pair and was happy with the comfort , until 1.5 month of walking …bottom completely came off from shoe. I paid 85 dollars for a shoe that lasted no more then 2 months . I’m very disappointed. I want another pair but reluctant to buy because of this issue
Super disappointed in the lack of exchange policy. Every well-run company should have one. I needed to exchange some shoes I bought so instead I returned them (super inconvenient because it has to be through USPS) and then order new ones. Once I ordered the new ones they somehow sent me the same size again, now I’m waiting to get refunded $100 before I consider purchasing from Vans. Honestly the whole experience was anything but pleasant and I probably won’t end up getting the shoes I was originally going to buy.
I ordered a pair of Vans 7 days ago with a 2-4 delivery deadline. My order hasn’t left the warehouse and according to the non British call centre they are “stuck”. I have requested that they arrange for my order to be released but I only receive there is nothing they can do. Can someone out there help me!!!!!
My son had a pair of vans for his birthday last Sunday 8th April , we purchased them from Jd sports in Newport s wales . The stitching has come apart on one took them back and was told it was nothing to do with them even though we had recipet of prove of purchase . We are very unhappy with the way this was delt with . They were not even prepared to exchange them for us . We can take pictures of them if you wish and send it to you . We are hoping that you can resolve this for us . Thank you .
Very disappointed with slip on van shoes that I purchased. I absolutly love the shoe and they went with all outfits and we’re comfortable. BUT the soles acually disconnected from the shoe itself and came apart . So upset they were only a few months old . God forbid I acually skateboarded in them!
