USHA International Limited is a Siddharth Shriram Group company which was established in 1935. It is the leading producer and marketer of multiple consumer durables like fans, sewing machines, home appliances and other products. I am working in Police Dept at SP Office, Pathanamthitta and residing at Police Quarters A4, near to it. I had purchased one Usha Nutrichef minichopper (Model No. FP 3440) from Goodwin Traders, Omalloor on 05/09/2017. He compelled me to buy the product and told me that the product is strong and reliable. I am already a customer of Usha products from my childhood. But after using the product, though it is helpful, the material used in the product is very poor and the choppers lid was broken several times while using. I have approached the service centre for replacing the lid last month. But no response was given to me and the lid was not replaced till date, even after 3 weeks. This character from the part of the service providers, shocked me and leads to the bad impression against the USHA products. Hence I request you to take adequate and speedy response to this matter at the earliest.
I have purchased an USHA Gas Stove Ebony Series from Metro Cash and Carry, Kolkata about 3 year back. The burner top is damaged and have no idea, where we will get the spare. I have tried with the local shop but the design of burner top is little different from other gas stove. While lits the burner the flames are coming from the circular sides apart from top of it which is very dangerous. Kindly help me to get the service centre nearby so that I can procure from them.
Hi – I had bought a USHA PEDESTALl MAXX AIR 400m FAN – the motor had burned out – took it to a USHA dealer in my home town – GUNTAKAL..
ASHOK ELECTRICALS – 16/99 OLD BUS STAND, MAIN ROAD – GUNTAKAL – 515801… The dealer put in a motor and charged me – giving me 6 months WARRANTY – in 2months the motor burned out (Burning Smell – Humming Sound) When I took it to a Technician to FIX it did i find out that the motor that was put in my USHA fan was a local motor and not a USHA motor. I took the fan back to ASHOK ELECTRICALS – GUNTAKAL – he refused to replace the motor even though the motor was under warranty…
Why would USHA company have dealers dealing with their products but putting in local motors – the customer isn’t aware what the dealer is doing – USHA dealer should be using – USHA motor – common sense..
We called USHA – gave them all the details – fan model – no.. Etc… Now remember we gave them all the details… The first technician -Lakshmikanth called and said he cannot come and fix our fan for another 4days was very arrogant – he was only 1 1/2 hr – 2hrs away – Anantapur – but refused to come… We called USHA customer service again and again quite a few times explaining our issue over and over and when my husband mentioned we did not want this technician Lakshmikanth to make a note on our request – simple solution – the customer service representative said why don’t you – customer take care of the problem… My husband said you are the customer representative and you have the customers detail’s in front of you all you have to do is make a note.. This shows USHA’S customer representative are not customer helpful.. Why does the customer have to give input telling the customer representative of USHA on how to handle the problem..
The second technician comes to our home.. Now USHA has all the details of the fan problem – he brings the wrong motor just imagine coming all the way with the wrong motor.. We wanted to pay and get the motor installed but he wasn’t able to fix the motor since it was incorrect..
The motor in the fan wasn’t a – USHA motor they refused to do any repair.. My question is why would you have – USHA FAN DEALER putting local motors and charging customers… USHA should cancel their dealership..
USHA please take care of the dealers putting in local motors.. Which gives USHA a bad reputation..
Also i was told the USHA replacement motor has a 3month warranty – doesn’t make sense – customer might as well buy a new fan or buy another brand – who gives the customers better warranties…
Stay away from USHA – they selling their product and then do not want to take responsibility of trying to help the customer.. Customer can go out and buy a new fan else where.. Always remember happy – satisfied customers is important that’s what helps you grow your business… Unless USHA doesn’t really care all they want is to make a sale and that’s it what happens after the sale is the customer’s problem…. Pathetic USHA….
I had purchased an usha pressure cooker 3 ltr from CSD Patiala about a year back. Handle of the lid of this cooker has broken which is not available in Patiala. The cooker is lying unused. Kindly help me to get the handle from any of your service centre at Patiala so that the cooker can be used.
