Last week my ole school leather carry-on Tumi bag and I crossed over the Delta Million Mile marker. I’ve had this bag refurbished twice. Amazing how it has held up for every mile, every layover, every coast to coast and international trip.

I returned my Tumi bag to the Tumi store in Burlington, MA in June due to a failure of the zipper after one trip. Paid $15 for shipping. The bag was returned in Sept, still in disrepair with no explanation. To call this poor customer service would be an understatement. Very disappointing.
My husband and I are long term Tumi customers. Have multiple pieces for ourselves and have purchased multiple pieces for our adult daughters. We want to commend Michelle Harris from the Georgetown, Washington, DC store for her wonderful customer service. She is knowledgable about the product and has a wonderful way of interacting with the customer. We feel as if we are old friends when we enter the store. She is a valuable asset to Tumi!
My wonderful Tumi handbag was stolen. It was still in superb condition even though it was 10 years old. Bought in New York, price $250 approx. The Tumi “shopper” about 10″ square. Ballistic nylon with black leather trim and handles + removable shoulder strap. Magnetic closure. I am lost without it. Beautiful thoughtful design. Is there any chance that somewhere it is still available?
