Hello. Good afternoon. This is not the first time that my son has traveled with your airline and there have never been any problems, I even recommended you to other people and I hope that this misunderstanding will not make us change our minds. My son made 2 reservations. (028247837 and 028247891) Brussels-Ponta Delgada/ Ponta Delgada-Brussels. It so happens that he was not allowed to travel because he did not receive the covid test result in time for the flight. Neither my son nor the airline was to blame, only the lab. He went to the Tuifly counter and was informed that they could do nothing, not even try to rebook or even give him a voucher with the value of the tickets to use later.
