The very first item i bought on Tomtop was defective AND they MAKE IT iMPOSSIBLE TO GET A REFUND.If this is not taken care of i will never buy from Tomtop again. HKHKT76694350329 but cannot trace it on South African Post Office Tracking or 17Trace or even TOMTOP Trace PLEASE help, at this time Iam quite discouraged with Tom Top.
Am I not the only one who’s NOT receiving a purchased product? What is going on here? You’ve GOT to get it together. Not ordering these things for leisure. This is important. If I knew this would happen I would not have come here. This has been the first and will be the last time. order noBN18E16F4219-FLIVXQ and have received the item. Before ordering the item, I contacted (through LIVE CHAT) Tomtop and enquired regarding the compatiablity of the item in India. Tomtop confirmed the item will work in India, and also they confirmed that all item before despatch they will check. Accordingly with a trust to such a reputed online store I placed the order, when the item reached, I came to understand that it is chinese version and it wont work any where outside china ( I confirmed with YI TECHNOLOGY). I send several mails and to tomtop, so far my issue is not sorted out. Though it is not my mistake in any way, I requested Tomtop atleast to refund 60 percent of the value.

My phone Blackview Bv9000 Pro has arrived this afternoon (20.02.18) and since then I have kept trying to set up the phone, but it can’t just keep saying “wizard app stopping” please help me solve this issue or give me options what can I do with the phone that’s not working? I’ve purchased oukitel k3 in Received a month later. When I purchased k3 the description was this phone is 4G capability. My provider T-MOBILE Said this k3 is only 2G capable.
