Hi, In October 2018 I purchased a new Swatch purple Flick Flack Childrens watch for my 8 year old daughter. We have found that the watch band material seems too stiff & does not sit comfortably on her wrist, as it wants to straighten, creating two pressure points. We’ve persisted with it for months. Leaving to buckled together over night, while buckled squashing it trying to soften it, all with little success.
We don’t know what to do to make it more comfortable to wear, so she’ll want to wear it.

I bought a Swatch watch in February 2017 and it is condensating behind the glass. The guarantee has not been stamped by the supplier so I don’t know what to do. I bought another Swatch just over two weeks ago from the South Terminal Gatwick, I checked the guarantee and they haven’t stamped it either. Please let me know how I take this forward. Thank you.
