Can someone please assist. I purchased tickets for Harry Styles concert for his 2022 European Tour in Dublin, Ireland. However, both 2020 and 2021 concerts were cancelled due to COVID. I have been expecting to hear from Stub Hub as he is touring Europe this year and will be in Dublin. I have not been able to find my tickets proof of purchase for Stub Hub since they were purchased 2 years ago. I have been unable to talk to a “person” about this issue. Harry Styles will be in Dublin on June 22,2022.
Wow, I was just informed that the Chicago concert venue was changed to the United Center from the Aragon Ball room… All of us that bought our tickets via Stubhub just got royally screwed (mean while those who used Ticketmaster got automatic tickets for the new venue no extra charge and got a presale code). We didnt get any tickets for the new venue or presale codes that transfered over to the new venue and just got a refund. The prices for the united center are about twice as expensive as the Aragon Ball Room…Order # 537523058

I listed Elton John tickets for Nov. 6 at TD Garden-Boston for sale on StubHob. The order number was 238515273I was informed on November 2 that the tickets were sold. I had trouble with the transfer and spent 38 minutes on line with your Customer Service rep who was very patient with me. I finally sent screenshots to her and on November 3rd at 12:03 was informed that the tickets were delivered. About 26 hours later on November 4th I got an email saying that the sale was cancelled without a clear reason. Late in the afternoon, I called StubHub and found out that one of the tickets didn’t show the complete bar code–something that absolutely should have been picked up by StubHub before the tickets were delivered. Or you could have gotten in touch with me much sooner and I could have sent you a better screenshot. When I got the email saying the tickets were delivered, I assumed everything was fine on your end. Because you didn’t do that, I had to relist which was too late to attract a buyer. I should have received $630 for the tickets. Instead, nothing.
Hello, I dropped off the tickets for Order No. 234833831 (Chvrches tickets) yesterday at a UPS location in Lancaster, PA yesterday (9/4/18). I used the shipping label StubHub provided. Checking the status today, it still shows as not shipped. How long does it usually take to change to a status of shipped?
I also have OU tickets listed: Listing No. 1359991116. I have not printed the tickets. Do I need to print them and then send the printed tickets to the buyer, if sold? Or, will the buyer be sent info for the buyer to print the tickets? First time listing tickets on StubHub, so pardon the questions of a newbee… Thanks, Maureen
Im just emailing to let you know about our first Stub Hub experience. On 8/26 I heard there was a Kidz Bop concert at the Bank of NH Pavilion in Gilford, NH. I went on Stubhub.com to purchase tickets to the show the same day. The Stub Hub tickets and website said the show time was at 6pm. Doors open at 5pm. When we had gotten there, we quickly realized the concert had already started. When i asked an employee she said the show started at 5pm. I had no idea there was a change in concert show times and it wasnt updated on the stub hub website or the actual ticket itself. I JUST BOUGHT the tickets a few hours before the original 6pm show. We got to the venue at about 5:50 and found our seats by 6:05 and by 6:35 the concert was OVER. I am so upset. My 7yo daughter was crying her eyes out when she found out we missed basically the whole thing. It was her very first concert, and we drove over an hour to get there also. It was a very bad experience.
