My wife and I visited your store in Chilicothe, Ohio, today. We always do when we are in town. We were quite suprised to find no humans, other than patrons, to greet us, or seat us, or take our order. Instead, we had to use a screen to order and then retrieve our order ourselves, again without seeing a human. We might as well have gone to the bus station and eaten vending machine food. We won’t be back.
I LOVE steak shake. No matter where we are if we see steak n shake my kids are begging me to stop. With a family of 5 we can afford to feed everyone and make everyone happy.
