I have only returned from my holiday now, hence the delayed feedback form your flight 1082 to Split from Prague on 24th August 2018.

To be frank we waited on the plane for over 3 hours with little to no explanation about what the actual issue was that was holding us up. The Cabin Crew tried to accommodate but they too didn’t know what was going on or gave their best efforts in playing the part as someone who does not know.
We arrived at our destination over 4 hours lates having missed the party waiting for us having us to find our own way to the accommodation in Split, Croatia.
If proper information was just shared with us properly we could’ve made arrangements accordingly.
In all just extremely disappointed in communication and ruined a whole day of the holiday. I just thought if you take service delivery seriously then you would like to know.
