This is being happening lately and it didn’t before. Sling TV just updated their software and something very annoying start happening. Slig TV injects and overlap commercials during regular programming. If Slig TV stops the programming, include their commercials and then resume where the program stopped, I don’t have a big problem with that but to overlap the program that I am watching, this is insane.
I am about to find another streaming service. Sling TV is Constantly buffering or just plain shutting down. Very annoying and honestly not worth the money if this keeps happening.
Stay away from Sling tv! I purchased Sling tv, only to realize my tv or wifi cannot handle it. I literally could not watch a program without constant buffering & then completely crashing Roku. The following day I cancelled it expecting a refund. Only to realize they don’t offer refunds? Scam! They state I can continue using their service until my service through them officially ends…..lol. What part of I can’t watch anything on my tv with your service don’t you understand Sling tv? I can see not being refunded if you had already used their service for several days & then cancelled, but I cancelled the day after!
My children keep asking me what Sling is, other than sling tv. They keep saying the commercials are acting like sling is something else and keep asking me what it is. I am forced to change the subject, or act like I have no idea what the commercial is interpreting. I will never ever buy this service, and will encourage everyone I know, to never use this service.
I love your Blue service along with the add-on package. I would very much like to also subscribe to your Orange service as well, and I will do so if you add the Fox News and Business channels. I would be willing to pay a little more, definitely. Please add these very valuable channels. Thank you for your consideration.
I am tremendously offended by Sling TV commercials. Associating your company with overtly implied sexual immorality in your ads is despicable. Whoever your ad agency is has greatly underestimated the moral character of the American public that you are trying to reach. You need to fire them and apologize to your customers and potential customers. Then hire a firm that will design commercials that are both wholesome and appealing to the general public.
I do NOT appreciate your commercials at all.

Solution: “On the back of your Slingbox, use a paperclip to press Reset for 10 seconds, then release it.”
Now, how can I reach the back of my SlingBox, if I’m 2000 miles from home? It seems to contradict the purpose of the device! Maybe someone has a very long paperclic!
I used to love your TV ads but this new couple is completely nasty. I mute your commercials when they come on now and would never consider getting Sling.

Please replace the weather channel that is currently offered in the news option with The Weather Channel. It is much better even if I need to pay a little extra.

Hi, I would like to know why I was charged both in October and November for this serves when it was a free trial? Do I still have a sling account?
Sling TV is one of those disreputable services that bury the fact that if you don’t cancel during your 7 day trial you will AUTOMATICALLY and irreversibly charge you full price!!! They refuse to credit your account no matter what reason! If you are going to cancel make sure you do so during the trial period because they will charge you and you will just lose $40 which is a lot for a Veteran who is disabled!
We tried out your service while out at one of our rentals to maybe switch from cable. It started on 10/27 and we cancelled prior to coming home on the 30th. Then we were billed $25. We haven’t used it since so why are we being billed? When I went to the chat they rep closed the chat on me. This is poor service for a prospective client that manages 130+ homes and searching for what will work best in them.
Just want to say I like your product but not a fan of an entire ad campaign based on a person having sex with another person’s spouse. Clever but ultimately cheap and raunchy for such a good product. Have a little integrity.

We were considering Sling until we saw your commercial with both a negro and white . That is not the normal and very offensive should our children see it . Needless to say we will not be considering Sling, in the clubhouse or or homes.

Unlike other programs, screen size for the programs that I subscribed are not full. I had talked to the agent of the Sling TV previously and she promised me that she will elevate the issue to the technician/programmer to fix the problem of screen size issue. But nothing has happened so far. That is the reason why I am sending this email to get the attention of the appropriate person. Please note that screen for the programs on the left side and right side are gray. For other programs, it is full.
Secondly, I was informed through your website there is 7 days free trial program for the new customer. Even if I am the new customer, I didn’t get the offer of 7 days free. I request you to credit for the offer of 7 days in my account.
Finally, I tried to chat. I waited for a long time. I didn’t get the person to chat and therefore, I discontinued.

this is the second season of not being able to see Michigan State football because you do not carry BTN. I like sling but if I have to continue to go elsewhere to see my college team play, I may look for another carrier that offers big ten football. Please consider adding BTN to Sling.

I’ve liked Sling very much, but I’m going to have to abandon you for DirectNow, if you can’t solve this ongoing problem that I’ve called about several times now, and know it’s just a waste of time.
Repeatedly, several times a week, I log in, try to access a program, and it simply won’t load.
And none of this BS excuse that it must be my Roku. I get Amazon, Netflix and Hulu, all coming through my Roku, and am having zero problem with them.

Why is there no longer replay for La Liga soccer games as in the past? Have you eliminated replays of soccer games? What happened to viewing Serie A soccer games, they are no longer listed?

I got Sling’s DVR to watch the world cup, only to realize that when games go to over-time, because it’s set to record a specific block of the schedule, it stops recording before the game is over… very disappointing.

The end especially when it has a dramatic end is the most exiting part os if you stop the showing before it ends that is disappointing especially when you have friend over for the games.
