I’m having this issue now only when trying to reach them by phone there is only a recording instructing me to contact them via email. I’ve already done that several times. I ordered my daughter a pair of boots on the Fall and had no issues other than I felt shipping took longer than it should have. It appears from reading all the previous comments that it’s going to be a while before I get any kind of results with downloading the return shipping labels and even longer before I see any kind of refund. I will definitely NEVER shop with SHOES.COM again. I’m very disappointed.
I need to return a pair of shoes and I can’t get the return label to download. I’ve emailed multiple times and I’ve been on hold for great length of time for multiple times. I’ve ordered from this company in the past with no problems. I will never order from them again!
I have tried to get customer support from Shoes.com for over 2 weeks, by phone and email to no avail. I need a return label and I cannot download on their website. I have wasted hours waiting on the phone. Waited for return on my emails, and NOTHING!!!! This is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced and I ordered from this company in the past with none of these problems. Your CEO John Foristall needs to step up to his job. I will NEVER order from this company again!!!
I bought some boots from Shoes.com on May 9, 2021. I printed the return label, drop them off at a UPS office on June 5, 2021. As of July 1, 2021 I have not yet received my refund. I’ve send several emails, as well as communicating through the the customer form on their site. I found a phone number for them on google. First time I call I was on hold for 1 1/2 before I was hanged up. I don’t recommend this site because they lack professionalism.
I purchased a pair of shoes in April, I did receive them in a timely manner. I returned the shoes in May after several attempts to get the return label. The shoes were received by shoes.com on May28, 2021 and I have yet to receive a refund. Customer service answers phone with recording which disconnects after telling you wait times are long.
Same issue as many above. Ordered a pair of shoes on May 31st and was charged for shoes, but still have yet to see any shipping information. The status says “shipping label not created yet”. Getting a canned response via email and if I call, I’m on hold or cutoff. They obviously have major issues. My suspicion is that this is a supply chain issue like many companies are dealing with, but then they should be VERY clear on their website about delays and not offer a 4-9 day free shipping. And, for the love of God, please improve your customer service and let people know what’s up. Maybe just be honest and add an alert message to your website. Most customer are pretty understanding when companies are honest and transparent. The way Shoes.com is currently handling this problem will result in many lost loyal customers.
I ordered a pair of Daniel Green slippers in size 7.5 on April 19, 2021. I have not received them as of today, June 16, 2021. I have continuously tried contacting company on phone. I do get the company recording, but then I hear a click and then a busy signal. The $48.11 has already been charged to my credit card, and the bill has been paid.
I placed an order on May 24, 2021. I ordered 6 items and received 5. I have sent emails, called and get no response. It’s now June 14, 2021. I will no longer order from this company. I am owed $50.95 plus tax for Item #1779364. Womens Lucky Brand Lollin Bootie.
So, I had the same problem with a simple return to shoes.com. Following the online prompts lead me to a dead end with the shipping label not downloading and no one replying to my customer service emails. FINALLY, someone did, and sent me a return label.

And it is sent UPS. No paperwork needed inside since this label was generated by them. But for those who never get a reply, I’d add a copy of the order + a request to return note.

I, too, am having a great deal of difficulty trying to get a return label to return a pair of shoes which don’t fit to my satisfaction. It is very frustrating when I have followed all the steps and then when I get to the part which I should be able to print it will not allow me to print. I have tried calling and am willing to hold but they just cut me off. Yesterday I was on hold for 30 minutes and then they just disconnected me. I thought that was very rude to say the least. This is not what I call good customer service. I had much better service before you made changes to your system. I can see by a number of comments that others are also experiencing the same problems I’m having trying to print a return label.

What happened to Shoes.com??? I have a pair of shoes I have been attempting to return because they arrived (very) late, but for some reason they are not listed in my order history. Accordingly, I’m unable to process a return online. I sent an email to [email protected]. NOTHING. Over the last week I have been on hold for an hour at a time multiple times and ended up having to hang up. Today I was on hold for 52 minutes and then the call dropped. BUYER BEWARE!
I’ve tried to do everything online, same issues you all have. I’ve sent numerous email. I just need a return address to get these shoes back and get refunded. I purchased 4 pairs of Clark’s they are to small, thank God I did not reorder as they suggested so I would not be charged a restocking fee. Charge me the darn fee I don’t care. I want my money back!

And then a message pops up for a instant message return the charge is $1.00
I have been trying to just RETURN a pair of shoes. Customer Service email keeps telling me to go to the web site, but that process continues to issue me a tracking number (the same one) and will not provide a shipping label or any option/information to create my own. There is NO INFORMATION as to where to send returns so I am stuck. The sample return has a FL address so I am going to try that and pretty much expect to never see the money for this pair of shoes. I will never order from this company again. I DO NOT live in the boonies so I do not understand why it won’t issue me a FedEx drop off label!
I have been trying to EXCHANGE 2 pairs of shoes with shoes.com for the last MONTH!! Usually this is an easy transaction however they have changed their website and it no longer offers an exchange as an option. I decided to just return the shoes and go ahead and order 2 replacement pairs. I sent a copy of my new order with BOTH pairs of shoes that I returned and explained in a hand written letter that I wanted to exchange these returned shoes for the ones that I had just ordered. One of them was the exact same pair of shoes but just a different size. I just got an email confirming that my returns were received and they have still charged me a restocking fee of $7.95 for one pair and the other pair showed a credit of $0!!! I don’t know what THAT is all about?? I have emailed them AGAIN about my exhanging these shoes but I’m sure NO ONE WILL ANSWER ME!! I emailed them at least THREE times before I decided to return them and NO ONE EVER ANSWERED ME!! I also tried to call the customer service number and it is just a recording telling you to email them!! I don’t know what has happened to this company’s customer service but you have just lost a valuable customer. I have ordered multiple pairs of shoes from this company MULTIPLE times a year for many YEARS but NO MORE!!!
I feel this exact same way. I am totally frustrated with the lack of any type of customer service or assistance with a pair of shoes that do not fit. I merely wanted a return mailing label and a refund. No luck with multiple attempts! Wish I had read this review before ordering. I will not be ordering shoes here again!
