I’ve been feeding Sheba to my cat for years and she loves it, however, opening a chicken tonight I had to stop when it was partially opened and grab paper towels to stop the bleeding! It was so hard to open that it sliced my thumb open. It never used to be that difficult!
Somehow I doubt if anyone in Corporation has actually tried to open their product. Pulling back the foil tab is not only difficult, it’s impossible. After trying your product for the first time, I tried to pull the tab only to find it would only lift a tiny corner after much effort and having squirt all over my hand. Since the foil wouldn’t come off and my hands were already greasy, I had to stick my finger under the foil to wrangle it off.
Does your company HATE children?
Do they truly advocate a mother ignoring her injured and bleeding child that she has not even laid eyes on to evaluate? She advises child to put a bandaid or two on it ignoring their wellbeing, as she revels in the joy of feeding her cat? I want to talk to your writers every time I see that commercial. There are already plenty of lazy, selfish, and irresponsible parents out there who imitate vs educate themselves in how to raise their children.
I contacted Sheba a couple of months to go to complain about the packages of the food. I have been buying Sheba for 5 years but the packaging has gone down hill, once opened and put in the fridge for a couple of hours the plastic inside comes away and falls into the food! Very dangerous! The women Christiana I spoke too shut me down and said I should take me cat to the vet?!?! I will not be buying this product again and I have changed to Gourmet gravy food and my cat loves it! Best swap I ever did! Your customer service is appalling!
I have already tried to submit this but it didn’t seem to take and I have nowhere to ring in England. I bought a box of 12 x 85g ‘Select Slices in Gravy – Mixed Collection’ on Friday 27th October 2017 from Highfield Garden World, Bristol Road, Whitminster, Gloucestershire. GL2 7PB. I opened it this morning (30th October 2017) to find only 2 salmon pouches resulting in only 11 pouches in the box. The other box I bought which was the ‘Fish Selection in Gravy’ was complete.
My cats love Sheba, and recently I ran into coupons “buy one get one free”, but the coupon was only good for one container (2 pack) that is enough for my cats for breakfast, wish you had not put on a limit….how many people only buy two, two packs of Sheba?
Maybe you could send me a few coupons as I use at least two-two packs at a day, and yes they are healthy and happy with Sheba!! I would have bought 10 two packs and got 10 free if you had not restricted the coupons, and then I as well as my cats would have been happy.
My cats love the food in the dual compartments but I hate your design. When you pull off the top ( no matter how carefully) you have juice oozing out on your fingers or even shooting onto your clothes. Also, I have to use a butter knife to get all the juice and gels out of the compartment because the corner is too small for a teaspoon to fit, I even use an ice tea spoon because the spoon is more tapered and slimmer and that doesn’t even work. Can’t you people design a better compartment and removable top?????
I’m so disgusted with the commercial of the man with his pants down to his ankles. What is your problem? I care about the morals standards that we teach our children, obviously you as a company don’t. I will never buy your products again. Please stop any inappropriate commercials in the future.

Wanted to let you know my cats will not eat your product. I recently bought 4 packages of pate’ different flavors and none of my cats will eat any of it. Wanted to let you know you have a problem.
I have two cats, my male is less than a year and my female cat is 5 years old. She was a feral stray we adopted as a kitten. Most of her life thus far has been spent with her hiding from any human contact. I have tried various things/treats..etc.. to coax her to become a member of our family to no avail. 3 weeks ago while at the grocery store I decided to try the Sheba perfect portions instead of the usual fancy feast. The 2 little portions appealed to me, one for my male and one for her. 3 weeks later she has completely turned around. Coming out of the darkness in which she would hide and put around the family. Very affectionate, and finally receiving affection from out family. She happily waits in the kitchen next to the cupboard where the Sheba is kept and meows when I walk in. Stays around after she has eaten it all and enjoys being touched while she is eating. I just want to say thank you!! For making such a life changing food <3
I recently purchased some roasted chicken and liver pate from my local Wal-Mart. When I opened the package it smelled rotten, and there was black mold like stuff in the inside corner of the container. It was dated BB 09/12/18.
