No company can be this bad. STC are very good at taking money but terrible at anything else, especially returning money. I believe they deliberately provide “customer service” phone numbers that cannot be contacted because there is no real competition between the service providers, so they have nothing to lose by not providing good service.
I am extremely disappointed with STC customer service. I have been trying to get through your call center to speak to a customer service agenent for the last 30 min, but have not been able to do this simple activity!!!
I have tried the 900 number as well as all other numbers I could. .. can there not be an easier straight forward way like in any international standard setup?
