Booking of flights can be done using the search on the homepage. You can input the dates, origin/destination and pick from the search results. The classes you will find include Economy, Premium Economy and Business. You can also use the search to book a hotel or vacation package. Note that check-in closes one hour prior to departure for both international and domestic flights. Fliers are allowed to carry one cabin baggage with maximum 10kg. As for checkin baggage, fliers are allowed two bags of 23kg each in Economy class. Excess bags can be carried for an additional rate. The details are published on the website. It is important for you to read the restricted items and baggage size limitations before starting your trip. If you have lost your baggage, report same immediately at the airport counter or by calling the airline’s telephone support. You can also enter your luggage tag number to trace it online.

Purchased a return ticket from UK to JHB. Rwandair cancelled the returned fight on 5 December 2022. No refund received. Pathetic service. Will never book with them again. And still waiting for my refund.
Your attendant purposefully denied boarding on grounds of “having a bad day”. Had to purchase a 200 dollar ticket for the next day flight only to be given a wrong ticket and watch other passengers check in past the time. The lack of professionalism is distasteful and a refund should be warranted for such cases.
Hi I would like to know how do I cancel a ticket that’s was not allowed at the airport and had to purchase another one is it possible to cancel it and get a refund?
I did a booking for Tom for tomorrow Thursday from Nairobi to Entebbe on the flight of 17.20 to come back on Saturday at 10.50 but after doing the payment of the ticket I was given a different schedule that is impossible. The flight is changed to tomorrow 5 am and return changed to Saturday 3 am. Kindly rectify this urgently and put Tom on tomorrow’s evening flight to come back on Saturday morning at 10.50 as it was from the booking.
