About Rossiya Airlines
Rossiya Airlines is a Russian regional airline founded in 2006. A subsidiary of Aeroflot, Rossiya operates flights from its hubs at Rostov-on-Don, Moscow, Orenburg and St Petersburg. With a fleet of 54 aircraft, the airline connects to 80+ destinations.

I am planning to book the SU6675 flight from LED to FCO this coming summer. Problem is the size restriction for passengers’ carry-on baggage (35x25x17cm) imposed by your Airlines. I have one suitcase to check in and also a carry-on baggage to carry it with me into the passenger seat. The size of my carry-on baggage is within the international standard size of 50x40x25cm, which is widely accepted by major airlines internationally, except for low-cost carriers (LCC). Your flight of SU6675 is a regular international flight from Russia to Italy and it is most convenient for me to fly it with my carry-on baggage. Could you please find a way for me so that I can fly it with my carry-on baggage. I do not like to have the baggage checked-in and want to keep my baggage always close to me.

Hello Rossiya Airlines!
I would like to complain regarding my flight delay which been cause of my following international flights cancel. Despite Rossiya Airlines has printed out my fly details until my final destination (Simferopol – Vnukovo- Istanbul – Lagos 07.08.2016) first flight from Simferopol has been delayed and then in Vnukovo Airport I didn’t reached my next flight to Istanbul. On all my legal issues to Ground Handling Department in Vnukovo Airport were unsuccessful and answer was: “We understand that it’s our fault with airplane delay but unfortunately we can’t help you to arrange new fly details for next destinations because we don’t have an access to Turkish Airlines electronic database and only the way what we can advice to you is write a complain letter to Company”. I feel free to write this complain letter to you regarding this situation which was lead days delay to my work. All flying tickets and sufficient stamp of flight delay with signature on my fly details sheet from Ground Handling Department of Rossiya Airlines I have on hands. I expect for an adequite reaction from Rossiya Airlines office management and proper feedback.
